Had AllState for over a year now. Best change I've ever done since being a homeowner. I've had…read moreGeico since I was a teenager and was so disappointed when they couldn't help me when I needed them the most. AllState Agent Haniska (aka: Nish) is amazing. I remember he called me to solicit this company and he instantly caught my attention when he was able to save me a crap load of money on both my auto and home insurance. They even covered more for both insurances and for less. Money was tight and he was able to help me by saving a few hundred a month. My previous home insurance was Homeowners of America and I swear, when I got a water leak, their customer line and help was so trash. Anyways, til this day, Nish has answered so many questions that I had for him throughout this year. If u are in this area or not, Nish is definitely the go-to guy and I feel this office is fortunate to have him. I have never been to this location, but have had outstanding customer service. I am truly fortunate to have this kind of service compared to the other unfortunate reviews here.

I'm a local Houstonian and I currently have 2 home owner's insurance policies and had 4 vehicle…read morepolicies as well with this insurance agency. Initially, I found out about this agency from doing a series of google searches and cold calling multiple insurance companies to try to find the best value for my money. At first it seamed like a good choice because their quote was very competitive and as a result they won my business. That didn't last long. When it came time to renew the rate on the policy sky rocketed! My wife and I both have excellent credit "800" plus scores. When we were with nationwide our agent would "ALWAYS" call us before the renewal to go over the policy to see if we could make adjustments to save money. This never happened. We also had a two other single family homes that they said that they couldn't insure do to the location. What is crazy is that both State Farm and Farmers could insure the properties. They are currently insured by state farm. We have a $550k second home that the insurance payment had unknowingly lapsed. No one ever called us to check or inform us that they was an issue concerning payment. The problem was that while on vacation the credit card used for the payment was compromised. We were issued a new card. The original payment was set up on autopay with the compromised card. Granted, I neglected to update the new payment info; but no one ever reached out to us to see what the problem was. As a result, the mortgage company retroactively charged us for 6 months of not having insurance with their own severely over priced insurance. This is how we found out that we didn't have insurance on the property. I find it hard to believe that an insurance company wouldn't make a courtesy call to keep the payments coming. Isn't that how they make their money? I have a theory. I called before our renewal to see if we could get a more competitive rate. The lady who I spoke with was very rude for no apparent reason. I treat all women with the utmost respect. The woman I spoke with was condescending and negative. It was as if she thought that I was "out of place" for asking for a better rate. I contributed her hostility to the Charlie Kirk shooting. A lot of people were upset about his death and you could feel the tension with some of them when you interacted with them. Her behavior was unprofessional in a very nice-nasty way. I dismissed this behavior as a one off. I called the agency to get an update on the new estimate and the same lady answered the call. She was rude again. I decided to take my business someplace else. It can be quite a task making cold calls and answering questions to find a good rate from a reputable company. My wife and I work alot and another year went by. This time, same treatment, but from a different lady. The straw that broke the camel's back was when nobody from their office called us about the non-payment on our second home. I decided to move all four vehicles to state farm with our other policies. This got their attention. Someone called me and asked me to give them a chance to meet or beat the new insurance quote. I politely told them that was not necessary and that I was going to be taking my business someplace else because I felt that my needs weren't being met. This ruffled her feathers because I wasn't remotely interested in hearing what she had to say. Her rate could've been cheaper and I still was going to change insurance companies. I personally feel that they intentionally didn't call us about the non-payment issue out of spite. You would think in 2026 people can just do business as " fair exchange... no robbery" and without bias. However, the mistake I made was dealing with anything/business in Frisco, Texas. This area has a long history filled with racial bias and negative treatment to people that aren't caucasian. In my opinion, this agency doesn't have your best interest in hand if you don't fit their demographic. I honestly hate to say this in 2026, but due to the racially polarized times that we are in..it is what it is. Not to mention that they increase their rates exponentially worse than public storage.
