Few days later my dress came back (I took at least 2 days to cut!) I put my dress on and.. oh my god I was in tears I could see my bottom! instead of just cutting a bit of what we measured they turned one of my best dresses into a shirt that barely covers my bottom!! At first Tara agreed to refund the cost (silly me that I trusted her) she never called me back! I went there 1,5 weeks later as I was busy with work and uni and gave her enough time , didn't want to be rude. Then she told me that Im getting a gift voucher on their services(wth?) A great establishment to come to when your washing machine breaks down (sadly that has happened on a few occasions while I lived in Sydney) and their washing service is just fantastic. No need to bother with the self service coin laundry; use their full service whereby off hand a bag of washing costs around $25 which represents really good value, and my clothes just feel so smooth without that processed kind of feeling. Hard working staff that provide excellent customer service to wash and most importantly protect your clothes. And the turnaround times are quite great as well. The most you would have to wait is two days for your clothes despite the number of loads they end up washing on a daily basis. Anyway the local Dry Cleaners is quite a find. The lass was very helpful in explaining the various deals available. The biggest plus is that I took the suit in at 10am and asked when it would be ready, she assured me that it would be ready by 4.30pm...and it was! I was in no hurry but I now know that something can be done as quickly as that so I will return with various jumpers (sweaters...for my American friends) etc in the near future. The suit was fresh, well pressed and had that new feel about it. The cost of the dry cleaning was very reasonable.
