We picked this place at random for a light dinner on a Monday night in spring. Yum! Great selection of wine, very well prepared tapas, and a very friendly, funny, and helpful waiter (Ricardo I think?) who spoke the best English of anyone we've encountered so far in Costa Brava. We had:
- two glasses of a recommended local wine
- the mozarella+ham empanadas
- the mushroom croquettes
- the special croquettes (truffled brie OMG SO GOOD)
- the cold cuts plate
- catalan bread (tomato-and-garlic rubbed bread drizzled with olive oil. Ours came with a little training session about how to prepare it, fun, fresh, and tasty!)
The bill was under 40 euros for the two of us, and it was a good amount of food. I would come back here! read more
