I purchased a supposedly an 04 Pontiac Grand Prix engine and transmission with 54k original miles on it. What I received was a series ii engine which was old and clealry had many more miles on it than 54k as after installing the motor and driving it 30 miles the engine spun a rod. I contacted them and explained what happened he said he spoke with his boss and said they were not willing to do anything but sell me another motor at a discounted price. Then, you can come out and borrow their wheelbarrow or cart and pull off whatever part fancies you. I sold my old car that was barely running to these guys. They gave me an easy out for selling the car- no test drives, no lengthy questions, no asking for all the parts receipts for every gadget I put in there. I called, and they set up a time to send over a wrecker. The driver was punctual, professional, and professional. Within a few minutes, I had a check in hand and my car was being towed away! Bye bye, meatball! It was a little sad seeing my car get carted off, but I smile when I think about how my tires and rear differential are going to get many more miles, thanks to Wrench a Part.
