However, when we arrived in OAK on our return, we checked in and waited. Our reservation was to take us to San Jose an hour away. No car was assigned after 30 minutes. I called dispatch and was told there were no cars available and he ( very nice dispatcher) told us he could not find a car in the area but he would keep trying and it might take a long time. He offered to cancel the reservation. We called Lyft and got a ride for half the price. The SS reservation was cancelled. I was a long time customer of SS. NO LONGER.

They were both very upset, I called the office number and reported this and was told they would have someone get back to me to discuss, while apologizing, the guy on the phone told me that because the driver had to wait he was in a hurry, but then he said, if he was running late for the next appt. he should have let the office now, all this is really no concern to me, if I paid for this trip, anyway, as of the date of this concert which was October 10th, now it is October 22nd, still haven't gotten a call nor have a gotten a response to the complaint. This driver is the one with the long pony tail, don't know his name but be sure to not have any open containers if he is your driver.

You can buy your ticket online or reserve over phone, where you'll get a QR code and pay in-person. 2. Apparently some buses leave before the departure time so I'd recommend arriving 15-30min early. They have parking garage and the station its self is really nice and clean. It was easy to figure out how to get to the platform I needed and there's lots of signage to help find where you need to go.
