I didn't know that I needed a Visa for some Asian countries…read more So before going on a vacation I searched for Travel Agencies that help in processing visa applications. This is one of the agency that came up on my search. It was easy to find. Located in a nice area. Accessible to all mode of transportation. Upon entering the office, a receptionist greets you and let you fill up a paper for a certain country you are interested in visiting. Then an agent helps you out. Checks the documents that you are submitting. And when it is completed, they will ask for your Visa Payment. And it will be a waiting game For 2-3 weeks but depends on the country you are trying to avail a visa. Sometimes with in 6 days you get a visa but sometimes it can take up to 3weeks. So plan ahead your trip and make sure you have enough time to get the visa. I recommend this travel agency.

We won't even consider traveling to the Philippines without contacting Reanne first. She put together the most incredible 8-Night, 3-Island itinerary, complete with stays at spectacular 5-star resorts, incredible tours we would have never thought of on our own, and every facet of transportation including flights, ferry boats, and all hotel and airport transfers. (And all during super-peak season I might add!) She was also full of awesome surprises and upgrades throughout our trip and stays including one of the most romantic anniversary dinner's we have ever experienced. But above and beyond all of that, it was her constant communication and personal service that truly impressed us. Every day she would check in with us on What's App, welcome us to new cities, give us our itinerary for the upcoming day, ask about our accommodations, check us in for our upcoming flights, and solve any conceivable problem that came up. (Most issues were solved proactively before we were even aware they could become problems, like upgrading us to business class on the ferry boat to accommodate our suitcase weight and upgrading our hotel so we could get a king-size bed.) Even on Christmas Day while she was home with her family, she was checking in with us to make sure we were happy and taken care of. When she was personally unavailable one evening, someone else from Rajah travel reached out to us on her behalf. (And then Reanne STILL contacted us an hour later!) That level of customer service obsession, creative itineraries and ideas, and a willingness and ability to work with and adjust to our style is why we will use Reanne and Rajah Travel for all of our upcoming trips to the Philippines and anywhere else they serve. (I heard they will be booking the Disney Adventure when it launches out of Singapore! Can't wait!!)

Jude picked us up on time, even a few minutes earlier than the scheduled 7:30 am time. There was another couple that we picked up alstaying in Makati Astoria. They got picked up on time, too! I intentionally booked a Sunday tour to avoid traffic as well as on the weekend schedule, a cultural show is included with the entrance fees. The cost of our tour is pretty steep; however, I believe that you get what you pay for, including the excellent tour guide and driver coming from Jude, and that our mode of transportation is a 2019 or 2020, air conditioned Toyota 12- passenger van. The tour included, of course, pick-up & drop- off times. Entrance fees to Villa Escudero, generous sized portions of lunch, & of course, the amazing historical talent of Jude. We really enjoyed his company for the day. On driving Roxas Blvd, he gave us facts about Metro Manila, as well as Makati, and pointed out sights, such as Mt Makiling on the way up to Villa Escudero. We would go again, using this tour company, and request for Jude as our driver and tour guide.

After the pandemic in 2022, we again plan the target date since my husband and I are busy in our work... October 2023 was the target but then, the war in Israel against the Hamas ensued... We really wanted to travel the Holyland (bucket list) but it seemed the odds are against us. Still, Lindela assured the war will end and we wait... Finally, this March 7-18, 2024 become a reality for us. Over all, we enjoyed our trip, gained new friends amidst some mishaps. We would recommend Lindela to our able friends in the future.

Tried again and finally got to speak with someone after another 45minutes of waiting. Was told all is good and will receive a confirmation email with the rescheduled appointment. No confirmation was sent. Email received asking for documents. Documents sent. Email received just to inform me that I can no longer reschedule but had to schedule and pay for a new appointment. Some premium lounge service. Nothi g premium about customer service. I do not recommend this agency. Useless! No help at all.

I had to lodge my application via an agent who made the appointment for me and all I had to do was fill up the application form, make sure I had all my requirements completed, and show up for the submission, answer some quick queries about my trip, and then have my thumbprints and photo taken. The process was pretty straightforward and since we had an appointment at a not so busy time, the application process was very quick. To further expedite the processing of my visa I was offered to pay an extra fee and they were able to speed up and deliver my visa to the UK and Ireland. The second time around was for my visa to Australia and I went through the same quick process but minus the interview and photo with thumb marks. The process was even a lot quicker and I swear I was in and out in just about twenty minutes. The agent processing my papers were very quick and friendly. They answered my queries and addressed my minor concerns quite well. I was very happy with this service and I think it's quite clever of the embassies to avail of their services. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to apply for visas.

I thought that they were expensive, that you needed so much money in your bank account to get one, and that the process was physically and emotionally draining. Boy, was I wrong: getting a Japanese visa is a cinch. For starters, you don't need to go the actual Japanese embassy. The entire visa application process is now handled by 6 accredited travel agencies, and the one we chose was Friendship Tours, located at the 3rd level of the Dusit Thani Hotel. Visa application fee: P1,200. Not bad, right? We walked in there with our passports, identification documents and photos, and itineraries. Bank statements aren't actually required, but we brought them nonetheless. It took about 10 minutes to submit our applications. We called about a week and a half later and we were told our visas were ready, and I simply circled the hotel while my wife went in and got our stuff. Again, we were in and out in 10 minutes. Amazing!
