Her soup making was on point and the spread was great too. I did her singing from around corner which made me sing the same tune in my head the rest of the meal. The hotel is a little off the beaten path but in a location to provide quick transit to Cebu City / Business and the airport. Also there a 1.6km route for running near the hotel if that's your thing too. Check in was a breeze and getting to my room was easy. Although it wasn't quick cause it seems like the elevators move slowly or and you can't really hear them when they come to your level for opening. Pool and gym are a highlight of the hotel. Neither was overly packed. I went to the Lounge bar/area on the top floor it provides great views and live music on the night I went. Chicken wings and fries could've been better. The room was just ok. I had a view of the water and another building under construction. There was an off scent when entering and felt like it dissipated over time until I left out and came back after some time. Bed was really comfortable and a lot of options came with my stay due to my member leave. Daily laundry was a + along with refreshing of the mini bar. I did return one night and my door was open. I sat at the end of the hallway cause I thought they were cleaning it but they were actually in the room beside mine and didn't know why my door was propped open. Overall we had a great experience at this resort, we checked in and they brought our bags to the room that were nicely AC'd, had a mini fridge, purified water, tea, and instant coffee along with a kettle. There's 3 pools and private beach access, not much more you can ask for! The main restaurant is allegro, which is a buffet, but you can order items a la carte. If you choose when booking, you can have it so breakfast is included with your room, which we did and I highly recommend doing. The breakfast buffet is great! Many Filipino, American, and other Asian food options. I didn't go for lunch and went once for dinner, it's about $23 and it was the Cebu food fest night, I think I would've preferred going on a normal night and I don't think it was really worth the price. We didn't checkout their seafood restaurant, which is over the water so can't speak for that. We loved the staff, they were so nice and attentive and we took a picture with our main bartender on our last night! The resort did their best to make sure we had the best trip possible and I would recommend this resort if you're looking for a place to stay in mactan-Cebu.

The third-party payment site used by the hotel's reservation system would not accept several of my credit cards. These have successfully been used overseas in the past. Also, while the hotel accepts American Express, the payment site does not. Transfer For 1050PHP, I opted for the hotel transfer. Although my flight was delayed an hour, the pickup occurred without a hitch. Due to issues with Grab during my stay, I also booked the airport transfer for the same fee. Check In Check in occurred without issues. There was a wait as there were only two check in desks. Most importantly, I got my room key around 2pm, an hour before the posted check in time. Housekeeping During my stay, housekeeping was exceptional. Several times, I needed an item from the vanity kit. The following morning, housekeeping left an unopened vanity kit while leaving the opened kit in the bathroom. The room was pre-stocked with a bottle of filtered water. As I had opened but not emptied the bottle, another full bottle was left in the room. Club Room Unfortunately, the club room was not properly stocked with soda. Often, either soda water or regular coke was not stocked in the cooler. I would need to ask staff if there were any left. The soda was in the supply room. Misto Restaurant Breakfast at the restaurant was the biggest disappointment. Many times, I would be seated at a table not properly setup. When I looked around, none of the tables were. When I notified the hostess, the situation was not resolved the following day and was never. The staff lacked training. On the occasions I would submit an egg order, I had to flag an employee to accept it. On my last day, I did not bother. Ayala Center The hotel shares a parking garage with the mall. On rainy days, you can get wet walking through the garage. The covered walkway between the hotel and garage prevented getting wet. Security Metal detectors were situated at both the front and parking garage entrances. My suitcases were scanned, as well as, shopping bags and backpacks whenever I entered the hotel.

I booked a Family Suite (PA) which describes as * Pool Access, * 1 Queen Size Bed * 2 Single Bed * 2 Baths and * 1 mini Kitchen. The receptionist insisted that the family suite I got was on the 3RD FLOOR and they had NO ELEVATOR. They also asked me to pay the full PHP15,600 as they said I haven't made any payment yet when the online booking was made. That was the opposite of what was said on the confirmation email saying that the amount to be paid at the property was PHP7,800. I asked for a manager to help verify the reservation. The receptionist looked at each other. One smirked while the other one just replied, "that's what really happens when you book online". They didn't give me a manager. My family was tired from the trip and we didn't know much of other places to go that may be vacant or can accommodate us by the time we get there. Our feet were black with dirt because their floors are not clean. We found out dirty streaks of mop marks. Looked like it was not cleaned for days or they might have used the same dirty water from the other rooms they also cleaned. Towels are limited to the number of guests for the room, stiff and rough. It smelled like it was recently used then air-dried. They ask for additional fee for towels too! I paid extra for an additional guest and they didn't even give me an extra bed, not even a rollover. These place is a RIP OFF! And with the price I paid, didn't even include breakfast. The place is so crowded with day users using the pool. You wont be able to use it not til night time when they are gone by 9PM. We noticed in the morning, the pool had dirty bubbles and GREASE residue on the corners! Water slides smelled like pee. And is not safe for kids! Wifi is horrible! works for an hour and kicks you out. We had to keep asking reception for a code which didn't work. We checked out and asked for a paper to leave comments and suggestions and they said they ran out. They didn't even give at least a blank paper where I can write on. I highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this hotel if you are big on safety, hygiene, and good service. Their hotel staff are rude, and they are not at all bothered to show it. I just learned after the stay too that this hotel has had several complaints from other local customers because they are unsanitary. This hotel is a big fat joke! Don't waste your money on them!

The beach area is clean, however the water is very shallow and the tide goes out quite far leaving not the best view until it returns. Sunrise is amazing right over the water. We did the parasailing which was 3000/pax and was a one-way 15 minute ride down the beach. My daughter got a henna tattoo from S and J Henna Tattoo (on site) and was very happy with the job they did. The only downside I could mention is that we were there in mid-December and many local businesses were doing holiday parties during this time at the resort. We were provided notice each evening prior, however the events were onsite and quite loud - one day hosting two simultaneous events both using loud microphones. Not as relaxing as we had hoped. But they lasted only a few hours then the resort went back to normal. We were able to catch "Grabs" right out front to take us to shops/spas/restaurants when we wanted to get off site and of course those were very affordable - $2 US each way. And where there is one roach, there's usually a family. I would expect at Radisson hotel to be cleaner and roach-free. Their king sized bed is actually two double beds pushed together. Sleeping near the middle of the bed meant back pain since it is not one big mattress and we were essentially sleeping on the edge of a double mattress. Another downside is that they would not allow for strong smelling fruits and foods to be brought into the room. I wanted to purchase a small handful of dried fish and local delicacies as souvenirs, but I didn't want to be fined by the hotel. Our flight left early in the morning so we couldn't find time to go before the airport. We didn't have a chance to visit any of the amenities. The pool looked nice from afar, and we wanted to visit the spa but we could never make it before 10 PM. The location is generally good as it's close to the mall where you can dine, shop, and exchange currency. Overall, this stay was incredibly disappointing.
