After a day of heavy house-cleaning yesterday, I had some mighty stiff and sore areas. Before each massage, Terrah always asks if there are any different issues than the last time I had my massage. That way she can concentrate on those particular areas. After my massage, I was much more limber and felt less soreness in my stiff areas. I have been going to Terrah for once-a-month massages for over a year now. She is very professional and gives, I feel, a great massage. For the love of everything please do not go to Massage Envy Turkey Creek. As a former employee please read this. They do not care about their employees. At the beginning/middle of September of 2023 all of their old staff left here's why. Early July of 2023 the regional manager gathered everyone for a meeting and informed us that anyone who made over $24/hr was getting a pay cut. They will claim that only 3 people got a pay cut, however, there were plenty of people who were expecting a raise that were told they could no longer get one. Which sounds like a pay cut to me. They took away ETO, restricted how we could use our PTO, and took away direct deposit because it was "too expensive to keep." There were a lot of employees who had built days up and were told they were SOL when it came to cashing those days in. As unfortunate as this was, we all tried to hold out, hoping that this would be the end of it. Unfortunately, at the end of August, the same regional manager came in and told our clinic manager that she was demoted with no notice and they had a replacement for her the very next day. During this, she was given a pay cut and lose essentially everything due to this. Following this was another concerning incident of our regional manager saying in a text to other managers that she wanted to "slap (blank) into next Tuesday." Which I have sent to their higher ups, but have since been ignored. If you go to this clinic, they will give you a bunch of lies as to why their old staff is no longer there and will say we did not prioritize our clients. This is just another example of how corporate greed can ruin a business. They will offer a $75 membership and say that you NEED it for your own health and wellness but will not tell you that they'll restrict you on how you're able to use it as some of the clients are unable to use their membership for months due to understaffing of our massage therapists. They now have a cap out pay of $24/hr for a massage therapist which is extremely low for the Knoxville area. If you are someone looking to get yourself a massage, please go support your local massage therapist and do not give these people your hard earned money.

Absolutely LOVED enjoying my Husbands' company in a Quiet, Non Stressful Massage. Plenty of Parking too! When we first came in, we were a little nervous because we both had Never been to one of these things before. So we didn't really know what to do, or to expect. We got ready, and Tom and Mary came in. I'm currently pregnant so they DID make accommodations for me (they want you to lay on your belly) they give you support pillows until you're "just right". It was hard to tell my Body to relax considering a stranger was touching me. Lol. But after about 10-20 minutes in, I was able to calm fully down and relax. They massaged everywhere. Got all my Muscle Knots in my back and neck out. She also massaged my Calves- Which was AMAZING (which are running rampant with leg cramps right now due to pregnancy. Haha!) The hand and foot massage were absolutely Spectacular. So firm and yet gentle at the same time! The bathrooms and rooms were super clean!! It smelled fresh and organic there, my Husband and I really liked the experience. THE HOT ROCKS MADE ME DROOL HAHAHA!! Mary was very professional with asking if I was okay with it before proceeding.
