He actually sent the Board members and our property managers a picture of the paint can and he did not Benjamin Moore. I spoke with the Benjamin Moore headquarters and was told a stain would last two years. He stained our patios in October and by January the were peeling so bad the job was worse then when he began it. I contacted Glenn Morey and he told me he "did nothing wrong." I filed a complaint on line with the Better Business Bureau and he has not bothered to respond. Upon calling the BBB, I was told he will lose his accreditation if he does not respond. We paid over $700.00 for staining that only lasted a few weeks.
