Ryan the Owner was awesome! I wish I would have taken before & after pics but the amount of work…read moreneeded was just so overwhelming! He removed an overflowing 20 yrd Dumpster full of crap! Broken toys, old Patio furniture, mattress, broken freezer, rotted wood etc. Sooo much stuff! He cleaned each area after removing junk with a blower & a rake as if it was his own home. Hauled it all away, never to be seen again-Yeah! His prices were more than fair. I priced around to rent a dumpster for a few days. Junk Zombies was only a few bucks more and he did all the work and hauled away the dumpster in just a few hours. OMG I'm so glad I found them. We also hired him for some Tractor work to get the weeds out and the yard leveled in a 1/4 Acre area. Again, excellent work & fair pricing. Some places I checked to rent a Tractor to do our own work (A-Z Rents) would of been more for just the rental! Great Communication, quick response and stuck to his quoted price. Which I appreciated No one likes surprises when we are in this position. Thank you Junk Zombies!!

Summary: friendly, responsive, professional equipment, good customer service…read more Would use again. Just used them yesterday. I had just taken down a large above ground pool and all of the supports and equipment associated with it. Also had other miscellaneous junk. Although Mesa has a disposal service beginning at $31, they would not have been able to take the refuse I had. It weighed too much, too bulky, etc. Also, I didn't want to wait for the yearly Mesa free disposal dumpsters to arrive probably not until May or June. Renting a trailer was out, because by the time I rent the trailer and dispose of the refuse myself, I'd be paying the same amount if not more than I paid for service yesterday. There would've been fees due to the pool. Finally, I have a large landscaping project that will begin soon, and I just wanted to get the crap out of there. Plenty of junk removal services out there with good reviews. I checked out a few, read the reviews, and went for best junk removal. I like their truck. Charge was 350, but there was quite a volume of material and a lot of junk. It was worth it. They were very conscientious about making sure they only took what I wanted them to. Fast and efficient. I would definitely consider them again, if I have more junk to get rid of in the future. I guess they also do some demolition such as removing sheds and some structures. I've done a lot of furniture building and renovations over the years, which has left me with chunky yard-hogging garbage piles in my back yard more than once. Each time one happens, I've called a junk company. I've had a mixed bag of experiences. The last company I tried to hire stood me up, so I was glad when Randy called to tell me they were ten minutes away. When the two-man team got to my house, they looked at the pile, gave me a flat price which was lower than the no-show company had quoted. Randy didn't know that as I didn't tell him he was my backup plan. His rates are legit based on what he sees, not what he thinks he can get from someone. I really appreciate that. They made short work of a huge pile of boxes, old fixtures, dead lamps, yard debris, and more. They weren't here longer than 25 minutes, if that. Very friendly. Very professional. I am keeping Xpress Junk bookmarked. I know I'll need to have another load hauled eventually, and I wouldn't go with anyone else now that I've found them. Truly the best junk company I've worked with in the past 10 years.
