Checked it out and looked good but was still a bit stale inside. Talked to the gentleman at the desk and he said that's because we didn't pay for the additional interior shampoo - Wait, What? Not included in the $169?? Nope. When we got home and opened the car up and really looked at it there were some trouble spots. Dirt in the back hatch area and leaves under the hood. They washed all matts in the van- looked great. Did not run a vacuum on any of the under parts- which needed a good vacuum regardless of matts protection.
