Thought the price was a little steep but was assured that the car would be washed "at least 4 times" and thoroughly cleaned. When we came to pick it up it was sitting outside. Checked it out and looked good but was still a bit stale inside. Talked to the gentleman at the desk and he said that's because we didn't pay for the additional interior shampoo - Wait, What? Not included in the $169?? Nope. When we got home and opened the car up and really looked at it there were some trouble spots. Dirt in the back hatch area and leaves under the hood. Not a bad job but nowhere near the care that was advertised. Average.

They washed all matts in the van- looked great. Did not run a vacuum on any of the under parts- which needed a good vacuum regardless of matts protection. They didn't wipe down any of the dash or interior. They did do a great job on the windows but man for the price to have interior done I sure wish it had been more thorough of an interior job. We have had all of our vehicles detailed by same company and they were amazing totally different experience.

The carpet was well cleaned, but the rest of the car was barely touched. The backs of our seats had boot and shoe prints from small children in car-seats that they didn't touch. (When I picked up the car I thought the marks were permanent, but I was easily able to wipe them off.) The cup holders were filled with water/cleaner and all the gauges had some sort of cleaning residue left on them. The dash was dusty and they didn't touch and hard-to-reach areas around the vents, door hinges or center console. Basically it was a $99 carpet cleaning.
