My air conditioner was causing the noise... go figure! MO-Tech took care of the problem very promptly and it was a little more than $100 dollars plus they went through the entire vehicle and took care of all my fluid levels as well as taking care of my tires as well! My truck, a 2000 Mercury Mountaineer, has a fairly high number of miles yet it continues to run incredibly smooth thanks to the Bob and the guys at Auto Technicians. My first experience with them was a generic overhaul of my truck, providing them with a great test to verify their honesty and their integrity. I brought it in, asked them to go over everything and let me know what all I needed to do to allow me a couple more years of service out of it. I expected to hear back an impossibly high number given the age and mileage. I also knew of a couple of problems the vehicle was having, but withheld the information in the hopes they would find it. They did so, but the actual cause of the trouble was not what I thought it was so they actually saved me quite a bit of money in repairing that. They also found several items that were also in need of repair, some more important and some less. They quoted me a price that was extremely reasonable for the repair work done. A day or so into the repair, they found something wrong with the vehicle that they had missed but it was something that I brought up to them originally. They apologized for missing it and made it right for me by only charging me for the parts, not the labor on that particular repair. I didn't request it at all, as I didn't really feel like it was a failure on their part since they did find it eventually even though it wasn't part of the estimated price. They simply wanted to make it right for me. To me, that speaks volumes to their integrity and honesty. Once the repair was finished, I came in under the new estimated cost with the added repair as they were able to find a couple savings on parts. A+ as far as I am concerned. My second repair done by them was very recently my Coolant refused to stay within my vehicle and as they found out my radiator had come apart, as is apparently quite common with Mountaineers. They provided me an estimate that seemed fair, others I know that have had replacements had paid 500+ for theirs. They performed the work in a day and I had it back the morning after. It was an exceptional job as had been done previously and my car is back to running like a champ. I would recommend Auto Technicians, they are honest, quiet reasonable turnaround times for as popular as they are, and are very easy to work with.

Someone backed into my car and scraped the front fender. I went to several places for estimates on…read morerepainting. Most wanted to tack on extra charges to also repaint the door and bumper. Suderman's gave a much more competitive price and only repainted the fender. They touched up the TINY scrape on the bumper by hand (this was my preference). They finished earlier than estimated, and the fender paint matches perfectly. The car looks great, you can't even tell that any work was done! I will return to Suderman's for any future body work.

My sense is that they do try to do a good, honest job. Most everything I've taken a car in for has been fixed. However, sometimes, I've had to take the car back again because the job was not complete. So inspect carefully for a few days after you get the car back. They will pick up and deliver; have loaner cars available. Less expensive than dealers. However, it is very important to get a precise estimate from Sudermans first before proceeding, and instruct them to call if they find anything else that needs fixing to give an estimate before proceeding.

Todd even took the time to explain the leak and show me the problem gaskets. The shop is very clean and the team is very friendly. Todd is also a Jeep Wrangler owner so now I know who I will come back to in the future in Midland. They offer warranty on their work and parts also.
