ASSAULTED AND PEPPER SPRAYED BY BOUNCERS I came here for my friends 25th birthday hoping for a great night out to celebrate. we got into the club and the cloak room was closed and random club goers where going in and out taking out peoples coats after being ask by the cloak room attendee for help with tidying the coats. We decided against putting out coats inside and held them as we didnt want our coats to be taken. After buying drinks we decided to stand at the side of the dance floor. My friend went to put down her coat on the side and the bouncer aggressively told her she couldn't leave it there, to which she replied ok no problem i will hold it. The bouncer kept repeating himself so I put my hand on his shoulder and asked him calmly what the issue was to which he shouted dont touch me. My friend then said again I will hold my coat to which he head locked her and dragged her out the club. I tried to pull him off but another bouncer took my drink off my threw it in my face pushed me out the club punched me in the face and swung me into a wall. They then proceeded to pepper spray the both of us.All of this just for putting down a coat. we was not intoxicated nor rude. Its unacceptable behaviour and I have been left with bruises over my body. This seems to be a common occurrence towards females here so AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

Dieser recht kleine Club bietet trotz allem eine prima Atmosphäre. Die Musik ist super und das Publikum ist ein bunter Mischmasch von Tschechen wie auch von Touristen aus aller Welt. Die Preise dort sind der absolute Hammer im Vergleich zu den überteuerten Locations in Frankfurt. Sowohl die Barleute als auch die Türsteher waren alle sehr freundlich und hatten nichts dagegen, wenn man kurz mal austritt um frische Luft zu schnappen. Denn ist der Club einmal voll, kann es ganz schön heiß dort werden ;) Ein sehr guter Vorteil an dem Club ist, dass auch wenn die Schlange vor der Tür noch so lang ist, werden bei maximaler Anzahl an Gästen keiner mwhr hinein gelassen bis wieder genügend Platz ist. Somit hat man trotz vollem Club immernoch genügend Bewegungsfreiheit. Die Toiletten waren ebenfalls sehr sauber. Ein weiterer Vorteil war der rege Taxiverkehr vor dem Club, sodass man auch ziemlich schnell eine Möglichkeit hat wieder ins Hotel zu kommen. Meine Leute und ich hatten insgesamt einen super Abend dort! Demnach lautet mein Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert für alle die nicht so viel Wert auf eine riesige Location legen, aber dennoch gut und gerbe feiern wollen =) read more

I ONLY MADE A YELP AND TRIPADVISOR TO RATE THIS PLACE!!!!! On our trip to Prague we found M1 on TripAdvisor and though it will be a good spot for a night out, big mistake. Their reviews must be fake or very old. We stood in the line outside for an hour thinking it must be a good party inside, but once we got in we realized the line is created on purpose to attract people as it was half empty inside. The music is a playlist which seems to be from 2012. We asked about tables and managed to get one, the club was still empty at 11.30pm and the waitress promised it would fill up by 12.30... We ordered a a few bottles of jack and waited. Suddenly it started filling up with a strange mix of druggies wildly dancing around our table. There was only one other table with bottles and out of nowhere a druggie threw up on our table. The manager walked by and though we threw up and started screaming at us and told us to pay for the clean up and kicked us out. He also said it was our table so it was our problem. The waitress brought the check and instead of charging for what we ordered it just said 12000 crowns and said we have to pay the minimum spending. Terrible night. read more

Worst night of my life! please avoid, its a scam! we had booked a table online prior to coming, yet we still had to wait in the line outside and pay entrance! Once we got to our table we had a friendly waitress bring us the menu, we ordered bottles of champagne and congac which should have come to about 5000 czech koruna, when the waitress brought us a bill for 10000 and said we had to pay now! this was on a tuesday night! when we refused the bill and asked why she said it was the minimum, we were never told there was a minimum here! especially on a weeknight, after the supposed manager came over and started threatening us that if we didnt pay now security would 'deal with us'... we were forced to fork out the money only for an hour later to get kicked off the table because it was reserved for someone else! even tho we had booked and paid for it we still got kicked off! read more

yo so i came through with some of my homies seemed like a bumping place to go. we heard that was the best hip hop joint in all of prague. we didnt book a table in and had trouble getting in cos the security accused us of being drug dealers! we got the table after paying off the waitress, we got some bottles of hennessey to our table paid upfront with cash. after few hours the club started empty but when we tried to leave the slovakian village boy manager came over saying we didnt pay the table, we say that we had already paid but he only went into a rage claiming we tryna outball him and slide out without paying a minimum, when me an my boys stood up to leave he backed down like a lil b and we rolled out no stress, but for real f this place read more

I wish I could give this club 0 stars. We found it listed as one of Prague's best clubs and were excited to go. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. After waiting in line for a long time (almost an hour) we finally got in and paid 500 crowns to get in per person. The place was very full and there were mostly men inside. It's very small and we kept getting touched and grabbed by weird men. In the bathroom we met another group of girls and they said they paid 1000 crowns to get in... A girl who was also in the bathroom and was a local told us girls have free entry and they security just scammed us and that they always do that to tourists...What the hell? This place is definitely for locals and not tourists. The drinks were very bad. read more

When we visited Prague with my friends we went to M1 as it was recommended. After standing in line for an hour and a half the security at the door told us to pay 1000 Czech crowns per person, we were a group of 4 so we would have to pay 4000 Czech crowns which is $200 just for entrance. When we finally got our table the waitress gave us the menu and we ordered two Vodka bottles. She came back with a bill for 15000 crowns and when we asked why it was so high, she said the manager wants us to pay the minimum right now. We questioned this and the manager came screaming threatening to get us kicked out of the club despite paying 4000 crowns just to get in!!!!! If you are looking for a huge dance venue this ain't it, but if you are looking for a tight high energy dance lounge with good english speaking service, this is place to go. For trendy dance music and hip hop with real DJs who mix, M1 is only place in the area. Great cocktails and chilled atmosphere until midnight. Serious partying that Saturday was 12-5am, and an awesome party it was! Tables were fully booked, and they told us we need to reserve online, but we got lucky and ended up meeting a table of girls and joining them so it worked out perfectly. read more

From a guys perspective I would say nice place with decent ratio of hot girls. The big nights are Fridays, Wednesays and Saturdays. Drinks are strong and USA quality, better than cheap booze and losing the next day with hangover. If you like R&B then this is a hot little place to party. Tables can hold about 8 people. If you want a high energy dance vibe then come aound 12:30 because it does not get really busy until midnight. It's 2-3 minutes walk from the Astronomical clock and definitely worth it. read more

We came back the next day to ask for security camera footage so I could sort out a police report to get new documents to be able to travel back home. So I was recommended this place by a few of my friends that visited Prague a few years ago and I was with one other friend doing a tour of Europe so we thought we would check it out... This was a mistake, we had to queue up for over an hour, and once we were inside the club was half filled with 95% guys in there, the bar was crowded and took another half an hour to buy a weak overpriced cocktail... Mine is an opinion from someone who lives in Prague. Place was beginning to look a bit run down before. They just renovated a month or 2 ago and it looks super cool. now trendiest place for people who like dance, R&B, Hip Hop etc. We generally avoid weekends as there is a line to get in after Midnight. Best weeknights-Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday's after midnight. I highly recommend it. read more

I was in Prague for business and heard about M1 Lounge from my younger local co-workers. I went early when it was less crowded and had some really delicious and interesting cocktails. As it got later the crowd started to pour in and the music started pumping. There was a wild, energetic vibe to the place. The queue was 2 hours and entrance was 600 crowns per person. 15 minutes into our stay a drunk guy from a table threw a glass at me for no reason and hit me in the head, the security grabbed me by the neck and started dragging me out screaming at me. M1 by far is one of the coolest clubs I've been to in Prague. I've been living here for a couple of years and I live for the nightlife here - M1 is the place to go if you like Hip Hop, RnB and Trap music. I would totally recommend booking a table in advance and grabbing a few bottles to make your night even more epic! 11/10. read more

Do not go there unless you want to party the night away! We really had a great time. The place looks very trendy and the drinks were really tasty (cucumber, mint and Gin was great, forgot name of drink) check your coats, 80 cents well spent. Someone complained their coat was lost from leaving it on the dance floor. read more

Love this place!! Awesome spot for a night to just have fun. Been here a couple of times and always get exactly what I want from it. Man!!! this place is the best for RnB and hip hop, been going there since i moved to Prague. Weekends get reaaaally crowded, but it's all good if you have a table. Fun fact: you can go any night (yes including weak days such as monday or sunday ) and it will still be relatively full and fun. read more
