I was very impressed with Window World of Western MA from the very first contact. An appointment…read morewas made...Tim Drost...the owner arrived at my door at the agreed upon time...made a brief but thorough presentation. At no times did he try any high pressure sales tactics...such as...this price is only good for the next week as we're expecting a price increase...etc...etc. In the half hour he was there we talked about many things as I was very interested in getting to know the man. His passion about the product he was offering was obvious. We parted with him not getting the order as there was one more company I wanted to talk to. I decided to visit their showroom in Belchertown...I arrived unannounced and was promptly greeted by Grace...who happens to be Tim's daughter...a real family operation. Grace made a thorough and professional presentation of the window I was interested in. When I stumped her with a question...instead of BS'ing me she went and got the answer. Having dealt with many shady salespeople in the past who would say anything to close the deal...this was a very refreshing approach...much appreciated. On to the installation...Slav and his helper arrived on the earlier part of the 2 hour window I was given and immediately got to work. He and his helper...who I neglected to get a name for worked quickly and professionally. Within about 3 1/2 hours the job was completed. Slav and his helper also cleaned up the mess...and...showed me how to operate the windows. I would HIGHLY recommend Window World of Western MA...as a matter of fact...I already have. My neighbor ordered windows and they are going to be installed in a week.

They had the owner go to your location to have conversations to go over everything thoroughly in a consultation. He initially gave me a quote in Oct 2025 & led me to believe he would be back the following week to do the job. Wanted $600 deposit at first but I said I could only give him $400 thank God or I would be out more. He never answers the phone until you text him then continues to say he is fixing his lift. I gave him until April 30th which is a 6 month timeframe to tell me when he would do the job or return my deposit. He never phoned or texted & I realize that he is not going to give the deposit back or do the job. Stay away from this guy. He comes off as legit but definitely is not.

He came out the same day. He gave me a fair quote for pruning of my trees. He came two days later to do the job. He came in a timely manner, did a thorough job (trees looked so much better), and cleaned up the debris. Paul is extremely friendly and has an outgoing personality. He is highly professional, honest, and takes pride in doing a job well. I would highly recommend his services.

The cracks were turning into small holes and I had weeds coming up in them. Worried that the condition would only get worse, so I called Vinnie at Pallotta Paving. He came within two days and gave me a reasonable quote for the work. I o.k.'ed the job and was told the work would be done within two to three weeks, not bad considering how busy so many companies are. I like the fact that Pallotta is a family owned business handed down from Grandfather to Father and now Son. The project was completed in one day and I arrived from work to a new driveway which I was able to park on that night. The whole job looks great. I would highly recommend Pallotta Paving to my friends and anyone who is seeking paving services. Very happy customer.

Finally decided to get it done by people who knew what we were looking for, even though we didn't really know ourselves what could and should be done. They suggested several different ways to go about it, and even adapted to our changing decisions along the way. They helped to clean out an overgrown mess of trees and bushes that had encroached on our pool, and cleaned it out beyond our expectations. They not only cleaned out that particular mess, but set up the area around the pool so it could have the fencing replaced and they then prepared and laid down the landscaping stone work around the concrete pad. They were competitive in price, adaptable, and even did a couple of extras that they felt needed to be done without adding to our agreed upon price. The extras we did pay for as they developed were fairly priced and done well. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs yard and tree work done. We will certainly be using them in the future for our needs.
