When we went to turn on the water and move into the home, we discovered a major leak that left devastating water damage and mold. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the home was uninhabitable. The roof has not been replaced, despite dozens of hail storms, in years. It has been poorly patched, allowing water to get into the attic and create water damage, mold, and a wasp infestation. The foundation needs to be repaired. The AC isn't functional. We sent a notice of termination of our contract 30 days ago that Khosrow has not addressed. He is withholding our very large security deposit and first months rent, despite never being able to move in. We are not the first people he has done this to. Again, look at the facebook group. There are dozens of people's lives he has damaged.
