Everything about this business is not even worth 1 star! They do scam you. This is not my first…read moretime writing a bad review of this horrible company. The first time I did, they told me to take the review down and then they would help me with some late fees I had asked them about. I don't care this time. I have renters rights and they are treating me very bad. They say I'm the only one complaining about this property. No, I'm just the only one saying it to you. I think I'm now the longest tenant that's been here so there's that also. They ran all the other tenants off. This is by far the WORST management company I have ever done any type of business with. When they took over the property that I have lived at going on 4 years now, it turned into madness. Before they took over, I had no issues with the previous management of this property. Anyway, they have neglected this property to a fault. Any time a work order is put in to fix something, they automatically assume that it is the tenants fault. Also, they don't properly manage the maintenance upkeep at the property. Found out that someone had to call the city on them because they had not mowed the property in months. Looked like a jungle next to my quadplex. They don't provide any form of communication when things happen. Ex. A few times our water has been turned off without our knowledge or any type of communication. It wasn't until we called that we were made aware of the situation and of course they didn't have an eta of when it would be turned back on. Then, they were supposed to have someone come mow the property every so often and it would be on a certain day. But then we noticed that no one was coming to mow for weeks/months. Then all of a sudden, someone came to mow and I had a dog lead in the yard. Didn't know they were coming and then one morning they came, we had no idea, and they mowed over my dog lead. Mind you, when we are told in advance when people are coming to do xyz, we put all things up properly for that to be done. Anyway, the person that came to mow, even said it wasn't my fault and said he would replace my lead. I didn't even ask him to do that. He just did. But we don't get notices before something happens out here. Also, we are being charged for things that are not on our lease. It's just crazy. I don't care how many good reviews this company has, they do horrible business. Very unprofesssional! I sent a message to the landlord one evening about some charges on my account that I know nothing about. Mind you, this is a number that they communicated to me on first. So figured it was fair game. Then instead of responding "professionally, they said; " Please don't text this number, especially when it is after hours. I am going to block this number now." So stupid! Anyway, they care about who they want to care about. It doesn't do anything to talk to them because they are all connected and all work with family etc. Stefanie and her husband work for this company so nothing will happen to her. John is the founder and he definitely won't do anything. He will side with his staff every time. He doesn't believe anything anyone says without documented proof. I feel like I have to record or get something in writing for it to be heard or believed. Nevermind that I've lived here for over 4 years and that the normal wear and tear is irrelevant. They are cheap with anything that they replace and then blame the tenants if it breaks or doesn't work. You guys, I could go on and on, but I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. I'm stuck for now. I'm sure there are better and worse management companies out there but this one is by far, the worst in my opinion. Look elsewhere.

This review is for Susan Cooksey, Realtor we were very disappointed with this realtor she was not…read moreworking for us. After she listed our house we would not hear from her for days when we had a question. Once you sign with her she is very lazy about calling you and getting things done. The company she works for is very weird. She did not list our house with Century 21 but with other realtors and the sign she put up in front of our house was a black, century 21 Judge Fite sign that looked like a voting sign instead of a For Sale sign and not a real estate sign, So we asked her to put a For Sale sign on it, of course she took her time to do that. When she had a photographer take pictures of our house he put up bad pictures of my husbands dress pants hanging in our closet that were slipping on the hanger and living rm pictures with the sofa cushion wrinkled and not straight & popping up. The angles of the pictures they put were terrible and he also took a photo of our new roof with a white shadow on it. The photographer didn't communicate with us. We had to tell her to remove those and replace with better pictures. The fact that she didn't even list our house in Century 21 was weird. We questioned her about that and she said they were still in the MLS. We wanted to fire her and get someone else but winter was coming and colder weather was coming and we wanted to keep the house listed. Towards the end when our beautiful home finally did sell it turned out that she let us list it $5000 too high, when she had told us and checked to see if the price was ok, and said it was at the right market price. Then the loan agent for the buyers didn't want to do the loan for the buyers. This was not our fault or our problem, but the realtor wanted us to take lesser money to help the buyer that was not our fault we could of gone with a different buyer but she insisted on that buyer and from that point on she acted like she worked for the buyer almost like she knew them personally. From beginning to end we were not happy with this realtor and I would not recommend this realtor to anyone, unless you want someone who is lazy and you have to keep calling and asking her to return our calls and reminding her that she works for us not the buyer. In the end after our house sold she did not go over rules and she scolded me for going over to our sold house to ask the tenants if they received our mail with our change of address card with confirmation code the Post office told us it went to our previous address. The new tenants mother was home and invited me in and was real friendly with me and asked me if I had any touch up paint to repair some paint damage to their entry wall their movers did when they moved their refrigerator inside. I told her I might have some and that I would bring it to her. She had me follow her to the kitchen to look through their mail that we had collected and left for them on the kitchen counter, but the moving confirmation with code was not there. To this day March 11 we still have not received our mail at our new address which was suppose to start March 1st with conf. Code. When the realtor found out I went to the new tenant to ask about my mail, all hell broke loose and the realtor scolded me and complained to my husband who was already disgusted with her and the closing company. He had to remind her several times to return our calls and that she worked for us not the buyer. He was very upset when she sent us a page with rules about buyer and owner relationship which was after the fact. What were we suppose to do, the post office said they didn't have our mail. In the first place I had already met the woman at the house when we bumped into each other, because when realtor had sent her and her family to look at our house 4 different times, while she put us out of our own home so they can look at it again, even after they bought it while I was there moving our things out before the move out date. Towards the end the realtor acted like she worked for the buyers and not us and gifted them a gift certificate and never gifted us with anything when we were the real reason why she made all that money from our house. The closing was terrible they charged us a ton of money to close. I thought it was the buyer that paid most of the closing costs and even had us pay for half of the fees of what the borrower shopped for which was a lot. It was Designated Title in Frisco. Stay away from that company as well they will pull a trick on you and tell you have already signed for all that already in your contract to make you sign for the closing costs while they turn the pages upside down and away from you after you sign each page so you can't look at them again. All in all we were not happy with Century 21 and who they hire and what they represent. I would STAY AWAY from Century 21 there's better companies and better realtors out there, There a dime a dozen you just have to pick through the bad ones.
