Some businesses are using Covid as an excuse to provide zero, zilch help or service. Imagine walking into a Leasing office and receiving the impression that you are bothering them. Another one and it was figure it out all on your own. Good luck. NOT so with Quail Hill. The entire leasing team Val Shumskaya, Jasmine and the girls in the onsite office (Tricia, Jasmine Mendoza, Nancy Henderson) have been professional, prompt, and answered every question I had. Made it all easy to understand. So I am now a tenant at Quail Hill Can't wait to fully move in and enjoy living there In an unbearable time- they made it easy. If it wasn't for these 4 Irvine Co employees I would have looked elsewhere.

I was 3 years out of college working in the public sector when I was looking for a change. Jon is very patient and knowledgeable in various business careers. He walked me through different career paths and helped me identify what type of role I would like to transition into. He made an introduction to help me land an interview with McKesson, a Fortune 5 company and edited my resume to highlight relevant work and academic experiences to fit the product management/business development role I was applying to. I was nervous about the interview process since I have not interviewed for a corporate job before. Jon helped me prepare to be confident in different interview settings, and I felt very prepared and nailed the interviews! I am now 2 years into working for McKesson and already had one promotion. I still work with Jon on career advancement advice and will continue to discuss my career options with him going forward. I strongly recommend working with Jon if you are looking to get into corporate roles. His resume and interview tips were spot on!

We started off with a critique of my resume and my mind was blown. We basically scrapped my entire resume and built a new one from scratch. The end result was a super clean, well-formatted resume with totally new language. I thought my work experience was pretty self-explanatory but now I realize the importance of the wording. We also made several versions that were tailored to specific companies I was interested in. Overall, I was really impressed with Jon and his professionalism. And for those that are wondering, yes, the resume changes made a huge difference. I started getting responses, which eventually lead to interviews (he does interview coaching too apparently but I didn't work with him). Now I'm working in finance, which was my career goal. Thanks Jon!
