I had BBL and while mildly uncomfortable I cried tears of happiness at the results - the ugly dark veins are almost gone! So within a month and a half I had a full syringe of juvederm that's supposed to last 6 months to a year and my botox done and sculptra that was 1600 plus 600 lips and whatever for botox. So 2700 dollars spent. In August 2026. I called the medi spa and I got treated so horrible just because I called and said my lips look back to where they were in the begging my botox is really bad already. This was last week October 10th. So the front desk bitch tells me oh its probably your body how it metabolizes and so on... im like well I was never told that in the consultation and I never signed anything. I asked if nurse Kathy could call me back instead another front desk member called me and I explained and asked if there's anything they can do to accommodate me and then I told her that I researched juvederm and there's 2 different types. One that they inject around the lips for wrinkles and only subtle volume. Then there's the other one that gets injected on your lips for fullness plumpness pigment enhancement etc... that's what I told her with showing her a pictures of what I wanted! Why does it look like I just got injected just around my lips. Im telling you my lips do not look like they were ever done! I never got asked which juvederm I wanted and when I tried explaining that the front desk bitch got mad and said well unfortunately are journey is gonna have to end here. Why cause I called you out on your bullshit!!! Your using half ass medication for your clients that are paying big money!!! Don't ever go there unless you have documents that can back you up cause they dont accommodate shit!!! Her words were "he's just finishing up with discharging someone," zero apology. She sat there and said nothing when I said I was leaving and I was not pleased I had taken off work. He was absolutely professional with all the measurements he took. Never once making me feel uncomfortable. Between first consultation and surgery, I had numerous questions that he and Cathy answered so graciously without making me feel like I was bothering them. Communication was quick and at the ready.
