Chris and his apprentice Chelsea were with us for 4 days, to improve the functionality of the electrical components in our 63 year old house. Overall we are extremely happy with the work he did for us and would highly recommend Chris and Ace Home Inspection and Electrical.

He looked at his newly installed windows and began arguing with me about a draft problem. 7-8 new double hung windows leak excessive amounts of air; on the phone he said it was a quick fix, but when in the house apparently there was no problem. Likely, they skipped steps in the install. 3 other double hungs are fine. He said" are you being confrontational?" excuse me I asked? He then said I don't need this and stormed out. Are you going to fix your windows under warranty, I ask? no he says. Incredibly rude and aggressive man, who denied responsibility for install error, and caused a scene as an exit. Stay away!

I just hired Nathan Badour from Undercutters Roofing to repair and complete a roofing job left…read moreincomplete and in disrepair by Monty Marsaw from M&M Roofing. I texted and emailed 20 roofing companies because my roof was left exposed and unfinished by Monty Marsaw from M&M Roofing. Monty did not show on Friday May 3, 2019 to finish the job. When I called Monty on Friday afternoon to ask why he was not working on my roof, he said he could not finish the job because "he felt overwhelmed". It did not seem to bother Monty that he ripped off my shingles, leaving the roof exposed and unfinished. The guy just left the job half done and never showed up again. Like hello, are the lights on or what is up buddy? Talk about being left in a bind. Rain could destroy my entire home! The guy has no morals, no care and zero class. Avoid that guy please. This is a fair and honest warning. Thankfully, Nathan Badour from Undercutters Roofing responded to my email and showed up with a roofer at 9 AM as promised. By the way, Nathan is the only roofer to show up. All the other companies I emailed and texted ignored my call or just did not show. Bear in mind this was and is an emergency call. What does that tell you about the man and the company? What does that say about the no shows? It goes without saying that I hired Nathan with the promise he will send three guys over this afternoon to complete, repair and redo the hack job done by Monty Marsaw. Stay posted for complete review..... Nathan Badour and his crew banged out the job like a BOSS. Super nice guys and the crew operate like a well oiled-machine. They arrive on the site and know exactly where to go and what to do. And there is not a lot of chitter chatter and no foul language. They are a very professional bunch of guys. All we heard was the sound of industry. Bundles were being nailed efficiently with precision. It was very nice to see our hard earned money put to good use. No regrets at all. We are so grateful for their reliability, workmanship and commitment. We are very happy customers indeed. Thank you Nathan and crew. Your work ethic and commitment are evident and appreciated. Cheers - Ritchy and Shari
