I just hired Nathan Badour from Undercutters Roofing to repair and complete a roofing job left…read moreincomplete and in disrepair by Monty Marsaw from M&M Roofing. I texted and emailed 20 roofing companies because my roof was left exposed and unfinished by Monty Marsaw from M&M Roofing. Monty did not show on Friday May 3, 2019 to finish the job. When I called Monty on Friday afternoon to ask why he was not working on my roof, he said he could not finish the job because "he felt overwhelmed". It did not seem to bother Monty that he ripped off my shingles, leaving the roof exposed and unfinished. The guy just left the job half done and never showed up again. Like hello, are the lights on or what is up buddy? Talk about being left in a bind. Rain could destroy my entire home! The guy has no morals, no care and zero class. Avoid that guy please. This is a fair and honest warning. Thankfully, Nathan Badour from Undercutters Roofing responded to my email and showed up with a roofer at 9 AM as promised. By the way, Nathan is the only roofer to show up. All the other companies I emailed and texted ignored my call or just did not show. Bear in mind this was and is an emergency call. What does that tell you about the man and the company? What does that say about the no shows? It goes without saying that I hired Nathan with the promise he will send three guys over this afternoon to complete, repair and redo the hack job done by Monty Marsaw. Stay posted for complete review..... Nathan Badour and his crew banged out the job like a BOSS. Super nice guys and the crew operate like a well oiled-machine. They arrive on the site and know exactly where to go and what to do. And there is not a lot of chitter chatter and no foul language. They are a very professional bunch of guys. All we heard was the sound of industry. Bundles were being nailed efficiently with precision. It was very nice to see our hard earned money put to good use. No regrets at all. We are so grateful for their reliability, workmanship and commitment. We are very happy customers indeed. Thank you Nathan and crew. Your work ethic and commitment are evident and appreciated. Cheers - Ritchy and Shari

I started my search for a reputable roofer in the spring when I noticed my 16-year old shingles…read morewere finished on the front of my house. I contacted three professional contractors. Not one of them would provide me with a written estimate and those estimates were from 22K for shingles to 54K for a steel roof. So then I put word out for friends of friends and two more were contacted. One came out and he was knowledgeable and explained a lot of my roof's current problems to me. He said he'd be back in a week with a written quote. Despite a couple of phone calls and texts he never did come back. The second one called and said he'd be by that afternoon and I never heard from him again. Then I saw an article on Facebook for Roof Pros Plus who were looking to expand in the area. I got in touch. They called and we set up a date for an inspection. They arrived when they said they would. Three of them showed up, measured, inspected, came in and sat down with me and we went over what was required, the steel roof they would install, warranties, a price and a written quote. We set a tentative install date for December. I received a call on the 6th and was advised they would start first thing the next morning and it would take 2 days. They showed up bright and early with a full crew. Two days later my new steel roof was installed. My old vents were removed and three new ones installed. They even fixed a portion of my siding that had blown off. The new flashing looked amazing and was a great improvement from the old tin. My yard was cleaned up, we did a walk around and I was totally satisfied with the job they did. When they left you never would have known they were there except for the beautiful new steel roof I now have!

I was saying to myself like what the hell?? I told him I thought he was bring back to refund, and he said he had no idea we canceled the job, so he said that he seen this before and its not unlikely this always happens and thats why companies go under because of it and said bye! Norm had made us a promise that he would bring back our money and never came back again. Norm had basically stole our money and felt entitled to keep anyways even though we had complained to BBB this is still unresolved. There is no one at their office ever to complain or contact other then their personal cell phones so trying to get anywhere with this companies alomst impossible unless they pick up their phones. I warn potenial future costumers that this company isnt legit to me at all and is willing to run off with your money no matter what!!! All Season Roofing run by Miguelle is an absolutely horrible company. He does awful work, he is…read morestraight from a nightmare. Him and his team are extremely unqualified, they have almost zero construction knowledge, they will damage and ruin your house and cost you a lot of money, time, and effort to repair the damages he makes. Miguelle is simply a fraud. He does not do tasks properly. He damages properties and makes bigger problems. You continually have to have his team go back and redo their work because they do such a poor job. They are awful at soffit and fascia. Among other jobs, we also had him insulate our attic as we had an area with no insulation that was causing heat loss and roof leak. He insulated everywhere except for where there wasn't any insulation. This Winter, the first Winter after his work, the roof leaked again due to heat loss and massive ice bridging. On further inspection inside the attic after the leak, we found that there wasn't ANY insulation! It was bare drywall! Miguelle is a complete scam! His workers will take an extremely long time to perform their work, they do very poor quality work, we had to tell them to redo almost everything they touched. In the end, their workmanship fails and creates bigger problems. He also does not honor his warranty. We spent close to $50 000.00 over three years with him on our roof and it is worse than before he started. Now we're pushed to the point where we have to seek legal assistance and open a lawsuit against his company for fraud and damages made. Stay away from All Season Roofing at all cost. Miguelle is an absolutely awful human being and a terrible worker. I promise you will regret having him work on your house.

June 2024, but the work was not completed until October 2025. I posted a (very reasonable, in my opinion) 1-star review to Google. Within 24 hours the company contacted me multiple times and threatened legal action and stated that the warranty on our project would be cancelled unless I removed or changed my review. I clarified that my name was not on the contract and that my review reflected my honest experience. The contact continued until I stated I would involve the police and the Better Business Bureau. After that, the company apologized and confirmed the warranty would remain in place. I am sharing this update because I believe it is important for potential customers to know not only about the project experience but also about the post-review communication I received.
