We hired Sudbury Foundation Masters for foundation work and driveway removal. While the work was eventually completed, the process was slow and frustrating, with long delays and inconsistent communication. We initially signed the contract in approx. June 2024, but the work was not completed until October 2025. I posted a (very reasonable, in my opinion) 1-star review to Google. Within 24 hours the company contacted me multiple times and threatened legal action and stated that the warranty on our project would be cancelled unless I removed or changed my review. I clarified that my name was not on the contract and that my review reflected my honest experience. The contact continued until I stated I would involve the police and the Better Business Bureau. After that, the company apologized and confirmed the warranty would remain in place. Stay away from Foundation Masters. Made a real mess of my outside walls. Parge is falling off all over. They patched a year later and then 2 years later and 3 years later then told me the warranty is over. So now the place looks like a mess. read more

Needed a foundation repair. I also would give a zero review. Communication horrible. Like pulling teeth. Ask you to sign a contract then don't communicate about when they are coming to do the job. You start to ask about when they are coming (almost 3 months later) and they cannot answer. Send an email about hos unsatisfied we are about the non communication and they drop you! Terrible business and they don't care about the clients. And the best part was the secretary stated when you sign the contract is how you get in a list to be in line for the job. The engineer never gave us a definite answer as to what the problem was but in April did say " good thing you called us right away". We waited and waited....now we are stuck as all other contractors are already hired for other jobs. We are left in a mess because do this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! There is ZERO communication from them unless they want money. They will gaslight you and tell you that their mess ups are either "part of the job" or were pre-existing issues. It took a significant amount of time before they came to do the work that they had quoted in July. Sure, not a problem I can be patient but they came over the Christmas break! Their work site was a disaster which we had to clean in the spring. They finally came back in April to put top soil down. One would assume that this is an easy task and I can now rid myself of them. But alas, they destroyed my interlock driveway with a wheelbarrow and trailer!! Now, I am getting the run around from Paul who has yet to come assess the damage himself. The damage is clearly fresh and is only in the areas they were working from. There is ZERO accountability on their part. I have had to follow up daily with texts, phone calls and even office visits. If I could give 0-Stars, I would happily do so. Rating at 1-Star feels wrong as it's too high of a rating. For true Company reviews, go check out Parge Masters Inc.'s reviews (both clients and employees... they speak volumes and will give a clearer picture of what kind of Company you're dealing with). Not a trustworthy or reliable Company at all. The Company is clearly all about making a buck (hence their hefty estimate fee). My mother was pressured and bullied into services. The estimator used threatening salesman techniques: threatened that if not fixed by them and only them immediately that it would result in big catastrophe's. Always get multiple quotes because there's typically a simpler and less invasive fix without paying thousands to these CROOKS! Do not take the laughable "Life-Time Warantee" seriously and don't let that sway your decision because once you've paid (correction, over-paid), you're completely ignored WHEN problems arise! Highly recommend staying as far away from this Company as you can. If you decide to have Foundation Masters "fix" your foundation problems, I wish you the best of luck with the headaches and financial loss that is to come! read more
