He kept promising certain dates to me every time I got ahold of him.then finally after waiting long enough i told him I wanted my refund back, he said of course the same line as I promise you I will bring it the following Monday. and of course he never came. then two weeks went when soemone b the name of Nick" was at our door in the morning and said he was ready to start work in the POURING RAIN!!! I was saying to myself like what the hell?? I told him I thought he was bring back to refund, and he said he had no idea we canceled the job, so he said that he seen this before and its not unlikely this always happens and thats why companies go under because of it and said bye! Norm had made us a promise that he would bring back our money and never came back again. Norm had basically stole our money and felt entitled to keep anyways even though we had complained to BBB this is still unresolved. There is no one at their office ever to complain or contact other then their personal cell phones so trying to get anywhere with this companies alomst impossible unless they pick up their phones. I warn potenial future costumers that this company isnt legit to me at all and is willing to run off with your money no matter what!!! THE REFUND IS STOLEN AND LOST as far as Im concerned, dont let this happeen to you.

I started my search for a reputable roofer in the spring when I noticed my 16-year old shingles…read morewere finished on the front of my house. I contacted three professional contractors. Not one of them would provide me with a written estimate and those estimates were from 22K for shingles to 54K for a steel roof. So then I put word out for friends of friends and two more were contacted. One came out and he was knowledgeable and explained a lot of my roof's current problems to me. He said he'd be back in a week with a written quote. Despite a couple of phone calls and texts he never did come back. The second one called and said he'd be by that afternoon and I never heard from him again. Then I saw an article on Facebook for Roof Pros Plus who were looking to expand in the area. I got in touch. They called and we set up a date for an inspection. They arrived when they said they would. Three of them showed up, measured, inspected, came in and sat down with me and we went over what was required, the steel roof they would install, warranties, a price and a written quote. We set a tentative install date for December. I received a call on the 6th and was advised they would start first thing the next morning and it would take 2 days. They showed up bright and early with a full crew. Two days later my new steel roof was installed. My old vents were removed and three new ones installed. They even fixed a portion of my siding that had blown off. The new flashing looked amazing and was a great improvement from the old tin. My yard was cleaned up, we did a walk around and I was totally satisfied with the job they did. When they left you never would have known they were there except for the beautiful new steel roof I now have!

All Season Roofing run by Miguelle is an absolutely horrible company. He does awful work, he is…read morestraight from a nightmare. Him and his team are extremely unqualified, they have almost zero construction knowledge, they will damage and ruin your house and cost you a lot of money, time, and effort to repair the damages he makes. Miguelle is simply a fraud. He does not do tasks properly. He damages properties and makes bigger problems. You continually have to have his team go back and redo their work because they do such a poor job. They are awful at soffit and fascia. Among other jobs, we also had him insulate our attic as we had an area with no insulation that was causing heat loss and roof leak. He insulated everywhere except for where there wasn't any insulation. This Winter, the first Winter after his work, the roof leaked again due to heat loss and massive ice bridging. On further inspection inside the attic after the leak, we found that there wasn't ANY insulation! It was bare drywall! Miguelle is a complete scam! His workers will take an extremely long time to perform their work, they do very poor quality work, we had to tell them to redo almost everything they touched. In the end, their workmanship fails and creates bigger problems. He also does not honor his warranty. We spent close to $50 000.00 over three years with him on our roof and it is worse than before he started. Now we're pushed to the point where we have to seek legal assistance and open a lawsuit against his company for fraud and damages made. Stay away from All Season Roofing at all cost. Miguelle is an absolutely awful human being and a terrible worker. I promise you will regret having him work on your house.
