Two complaints with this Vet …read more. 1. Vet recommended an unnecessary operation on my dog, 2 other vets consulted were alarmed to find nothing wrong with our dog. 2. vet manager failed to register our dog despite paying for a micro chip, the dog went missing and could not be traced for 24hrs and we were charged by the Dog warden of Enfield who eventually found her, we got charged £112 , had the chip been register we would not have been charged and had our dog back the same day... The really upsetting part was an unsympathetic and curt manager taking no responsibility and worse still blaming us for the non registration claiming we should have checked .... We paid for the chip and registration , did she really expect us to do the work for her ? Finally best to stay away from this vet and find a decent practise

The Vet not only did a terrific job at a reasonable price, everyone involved was friendly, helpful, and professional. I was given…read morean immediate appointment, and Grace was given a thorough examination lasting half an hour, by William Lewis who was very kind and helpful. showed me how to administer medicine orally, and Grace is now 100% fit and happy. Never was the suggestion made that as it was only a hen why not put her down, she was treated as though she was an expensive pedigree. If you have poultry or any animal, you will receive fantastic service from all the staff here

I like that this is a small practice with staff who genuinely care about the animals rather than profit which can be a problem with some of the larger chain type of practices. I have always managed to get a same day appointment when needed one of my cats is often getting himself into scrapes and has needed quite a few visits over the years. I do find this to be a lovely friendly caring place and we will continue to use it for as long as we have animals.

The only things is that the waiting room is quite small and can get backed up. Quite often there is a wait and sometimes there is nobody behind the reception desk. I wish people who had dogs would keep them next to them as it can be frightening for chidren and cats to go past. The fees are good and the vet is lovely, so I continue going there.
