We were there for 6 days and this was the worst experience of our trip. When I inquired about a scratch on a bag, the owner made it seem like I had made it and got extremely defensive on a simple question. The quality of goods is extremely subpar. I wish I had read other recent reviews before entering this shop.

Do not purchase goods from this shop…read more I bought a leather rucksack bag last October cost €300. As it was winter on my return to the UK I only started using it in April of this year. After two uses the green coating started to wear and the base leather show through. I contacted Stefano at the shop who totally dismissed my issues and said I'd left it soaking in water which was completely outrageous given I spent a huge amount of money! He tried to sell my another bag but refused to acknowledge any problem. I am left with an expensive bag which cannot be restored without significant cost. This is an outdoor bag which should be resilient and strong enough to cope with weather conditions not something for display in a glass case. I bought an Italian product assuming quality and got a very poorly manufactured item rubbish quality and a complete rip off. No acknowledgement of customer issues and no customer service. If you are looking to buy proper Italian craftsmanship look elsewhere.

I came here for their cafeteria style dining and it was very busy because I came during the lunch rush. There is salad, pizza, meat, wine, breads, fresh juice and a lot more. Everything is individually priced so it does add up. I wanted to explore Manor and they had so much merchandise. They have things for home, toys, novelty items, clothes, sports equipment and a lot more. Seriously, everything you need is in here. Again, price is a little steep.

Congratulations because you found the spot. My wife and I stopped by and we were treated so well by the multi-generation family owners. Not only do they treat you like old friends but they've been hand-making the very shoes you're trying on and purchasing for generations. How often can you say that? We bought a pair and decided to wear them to dinner later that evening. During our walk home that evening we kept raving how comfortable the form-fitting the shoes were. First time wearing them and we experienced ZERO discomfort. In fact, we felt our feet getting more and more comfortable with each step! We loved them so much we found ourselves back at the shop the following day purchasing even more shoes! Take my word for it, if you purchase a pair (or two!) you will be talking about these incredible shoes to friends and family for years to come.
