I called Bulldog Plumbing on a Friday midday, after other plumbers said it would be a week or so before they could get to me. The service rep, Untwan, was working in Tupleo, but said he would take care of me afterwards...and he did! He kept me informed of when he would get to my home in Starkville, and what he found as he was trouble shooting the issue. He got it fixed, and allowed me to even get to the second half of the baseball game. The issue was resolved, and he even followed up the next day to insure everything was working right (it was!).
