Absolute crooks brought in a flat tire. They replaced the tube and never looked for what might've caused the tube to go flat in the first place, which was a nail so they just put a new tube in. that could've killed me and then wanted to charge me to fix the mistake. go literally anywhere else, but preferably go to CH performance where the people there will actually take care of you. read more

do not use this place,they are a rip off..i needed a tube installed on a rally,i purchased the tube myself so all they had to do is r&r the tire.they charged me $157..2 weeks prior i had 2 tires installed with new tubes and that was only $84..the owner said it was 2 hours of labor so i assume they're charging 75hr...DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY ARE A RIP OFF! read more

BEWARE! The many of you who know me, KNOWS I don't say or do things like this lightly...ever, but here goes. If you want to save yourself Money, Time, & Headaches, READ THIS!  DO NOT use M&S Scooters next to Mosley Tire & across from Walmart. I was completely ripped off for $1743.98 without any regard or concern at all (if it wasn't a business purchase, this would be closely associated with fraud) but it is what it so, although I have never sued anyone in my life, I am filing a suit monday against The Owner MAHMOUD M MONTASER and M&S Scooters LLC for $1,743.98 plus court cost. SAVE YOURSELF THIS TROUBLE. The story is this. I dropped my son's 4 wheeler off, (a 2019 Honda 420 Rancher) to find out what was wrong with it and more then likely, have it repaired. I had heard nothing in 2 weeks so I called to check on it. Per the owner, the 4 wheeler was diagnosed and apart in the shop and parts to complete the repair was ordered and on the way. The entire top of the motor, valves, seals etc was bad and had to be rebuilt. The brakes we also bad. It was going to end up between $1,500 & $1,900. I WAS NEVER GIVEN A QUOTE OR ESTIMATE, OR ANYTHING PRIOR TO BREAK DOWN. That being said, I wanted it repaired and went with it. The bill was $1743.98 I paid and picked up the 4 wheeler. Brought it home and while taking it off the trailer, it overheated. Oil was on top of the motor, dip stick showed it empty and indicator on panel lit up. M&S Scooters was closed so I called and left a detailed message. I also said, it would be a week or 2 until I could get back up there. I took pictures and video with a time stamp just in case so there would be no doubt. I never got a call back. Fast forward to today, I brought the 4 wheeler in. I spoke to the owner, reminded him of me, the message, showed pics and video. He showed zero concern, care or any sense of urgency. I wanted to drop it off and leave it especially since it's difficult to get it up there already. The main thing I wanted was to leave it until it could be repaired. He said he had no one to look at it, he was hiring another mechanic and no room. I could not leave it and he'd have to call me back. I said that was not really acceptable and didn't understand why I couldn't leave it. I asked how long til he would call me. He said 2 or 3 weeks, then probably a few weeks to fix it. I said I'm not waiting 2 months to fix this. I told him I was angry about this and felt like I should be a priority because I was here first and already paid. He still didn't act like he cared at all. I said he needed to do right thing or I was going to raise sand. HE TOLD ME TO GET OUT! I said okay but this would mean a lawsuit. He said. I WANT TO SEE WHAT YOU GOT. GO FOR IT. DO WHATEVER & GET OUT. So, I went and got the papers for small claims and dropped the 4 wheeler off somewhere else. I am going to put this message everywhere I possibly can. DO NOT USE M&S SCOOTERS. I will be putting this on every social and business platform in hopes others will not be treated like this. I want businesses in our community to thrive but not at the expense or things like this. DO NOT TRUST YOUR EQUIPMENT OR PURCHASE WITH M&S SCOOTERS. read more

Bought a new gas powered golf cart in Nov. To start, they put together the wrong one. Was suppossed to be blue, but they put together a red one. Once I got it home, it cuts off everytime you stop to change gears. Also, we have to jump it off EVERYTIME we want to drive it. Also, it rattles so loud you can't hardly hear over it.
