They couldn't start when agreed, but he did let me know in advance ( a family emergency). He did 2 1/2 days of good work, we were happy with. Then we had a rainy day so he had to finish early. We agreed a time for him to come back to finish off, and paid him. I haven't seen him since. After many unanswered calls I did manage to speak to his wife, who explained and apologised. She promised she was re-arranging his diary and would call me back. No word since, and not answering any calls. Left with an unfinished garden. Not happy.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They'd arranged to visit my mum's property last week. They…read morearrived 3 hours later than agreed, looked around and then got the tools out of the van. 5 minutes later, they'd packed up and driven off without a word. Having tried several times to contact them since, they've never once replied to voicemails left. Absolutely disgusting and I implore anyone to avoid this company.
