The Leaky Finders really helped us out of a predicament. It…read morewas 11.30 on a Sunday morning and our Porch roof was in a state of near collapse. We called 8 Roofers, only 3 answered and only one came out. We cannot speak highly enough of John and his lads. They temporarily sealed our roof in the pouring rain on a Sunday morning. Firstly I should note that Window Warehouse wasn't chosen by me but by the company that own the…read morebuilding I live in. So I have no idea how much the windows cost or how helpful they were during any process that isn't just the fitting and measuring. Initial communication between us and Window Warehouse was slow; which is actually not their fault. I were sent a letter addressed to the flat not to me personally so I assumed it was junk mail and didn't read it. Two months later, I got a phone from our landlord asking me to call Window Warehouse. We arranged a time for them to come out and do the measurements and they were in and out fairly quick, this would have been around the end of September. They told us that the were aiming to get the windows replaced in about a month. The end of October rolls around and we get a call to arrange an appointment to fit them. Two men came at 8am and were done by 2pm leaving behind nice new windows. Jord and Paul who fitted the windows were friendly and helpful, talking us through what they were doing. The weather was awful and at one point it was raining in my living room but they kindly put down plastic sheeting to protect my carpet. Overall a good experience with Window Warehouse and I love my new windows!

Whilst I have been away…read morein hospital and in recovery I wanted a full deep clean of most of my home (which also had some extra requirements and 3rd party specialist involvement so it was a fair size project, which also needed to be done at pretty short notice) - they took the project on, professionally assessed what needed to be done, identified my needs well, and despite being busy with other jobs too, fitted my project in according to a timescale and cost agreed before they commenced work. They are a brilliant, flexible, friendly team who went "above and beyond" to help me out and fulfill my requirements, keeping in contact throughout the course of the job and making sure I was happy with progress along the way. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody, without question. 10/10 to Jim and the team from me :-)
