At 3:55 and again at 4:00, I tried calling him back on the number he used, but there was no answer, and his voicemail was not set up. I then called AAA to find out what was going on and was told the driver would arrive in 15 minutes. I waited another 25 minutes, but no one ever showed. Since I had a wedding to attend the next day, I pushed the car into a parking space and arranged a ride home. The following day, I had to hire another tow company to move the car. If a driver says they will arrive within a certain time frame and are running late, it's their responsibility to update the customer. Failing to communicate is not only unprofessional--it's simply common courtesy.

Hawk (the service tech) charged my cars battery, and also warned me about driving home with the auto start-stop system engaged. I didn't know how to shut it off so he also turned that off for me and showed me how to turn it off or on. Hawk was a great guy to work with and while I hope I don't need their service again I do heartily recommend them.

My husband fortunately was able to move it out of the ticket booth line. Needing towing or roadside assistance on a Sunday is a truly impossible feat. This wasn't my first rodeo with not having towing/roadside help available on Sunday. Thankfully, Q Roadside picked up right when I called, told me how many batteries, etc. he had available and got in touch with my husband immediately. Thankfully, our minivan was towed and is now being worked on. To add to the cars just want to break down party, my husband's car was sitting in our garage not starting up. We informed Q Roadside of this. In addition to helping us with our minivan, he jumped my husband's car, monitored it, and even offered to come back if it didn't start again after the jump. Truly exceptional service on a Sunday (when our suburban fleet of vehicles like to break down)! I will call on Q Roadside again in a heartbeat if we're ever stuck in this situation again. He was fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful.

She took my information and told me they would finish with the tow they were currently doing and be over after that. 15 minutes later, she called to tell me that the truck was on its way and it arrived only minutes later. Within 5 minutes my truck was loaded on their flat bed and it was off to the mechanic. All together, it only took 30 minutes from the time I called to the time my truck was on its way to the mechanic! Another plus was that they worked a lot with Best Car Car (Mundelein, IL) and would have the charge for the tow paid by them and added to the invoice from the mechanic. So, I didn't even have to hassle with payment or be there when they dropped it off. I could stay here in the comfort of my home. The fee for the tow was very reasonable. Especially considering the quick response time and the convenience of the payment arrangement.

I stopped in because my TPSM light had been on for a few months after I left jiffy lube in Wheeling. They had done a tire rotation and when I returned to let them know about the light, I was treated like garbage. All the men that work there are rude AF. They seemed annoyed I returned. Jiffy lube told me to take my car to a tire shop. Anyways Dakota informed me that it could be the sensor, tire slowly losing pressure and talked to me in detail about how to proceed as my car is 12 years old. They also told me how I can save money & the costs of replacing the sensor, labor & were sooooo kind!! I asked if they could help drill my side bumper as well which they said they could do. They don't do full body work. This is close to my home which is another convenience. They have the sweetest quotes on their billboard by the entrance.

I've use this service a few times for the time my engine blew I needed a tow truck to the dealership he was there. For New Year's I was putting air in my tire at a fuel station and it was so very cold out that while doing it the air valve on the tire broke. He did not leave me hanging he came out as soon as possible before I called him I did contact through my insurance to have them send a tow truck this never happened I waited three hours I noticed on my phone that multiple tow trucks canceled out from coming finally the fourth tow truck came while STEVIE arrived I sent the tow truck away and Stevie was there less than an hour after the phone call that's amazing. And of course another holiday Christmas Eve while I am DoorDash in my vehicle broke down at a restaurant battery was dead from severe cold winds luckily I had a chance to cancel the customers order send a different driver but once I called STEVIE I don't even know how long it was but I almost think I only waited a half hour. I'm so completely satisfied with how great his tow trucks are that it protects your vehicle. His attitude and personality are great you feel like you're talking to a brother. He worries about you he'll tell you to stand inside while he's in the frigid cold temps. I will always continue to use the service I will always tell my friends about him definitely the person you want towing your vehicle back to safety or coming out to get your vehicle started or changing a tire many many other things. His services and detail top notch my vehicle always looking perfect. Now that the winters here and I'm gonna be waiting for a warm day I will be visiting again. Adam W
