She asked me what the item was. I spelled the name brand and told her the remaining information including how many ounces were in the bag. I repeated the information at least twice...maybe even 3 times. She put me on hold and when she came back on the line she told me yes they had it. I thanked her and proceeded to drive to that store. Upon arriving I went to the frozen food section to get the item only to find they actually DID NOT have it!!! I went to Customer Service and asked the young woman behind the counter if she was the one I spoke with about the particular item in question and she responded yes. I then said can you show me where it is because I just looked and it's not there. I said I specifically repeated what I was looking for at least twice to which she said I'm sorry it was very noisy here. If she didn't hear what I was asking for then she should have asked me to repeat myself!!! I drove 25 mins to get there only to find that they didn't have the item that I had called and was told that they did!!! I wasted my time and my gas, at $4.00/gallon, for absolutely nothing!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! The young woman behind the Customer Service Desk was heavy set with long, dark hair that is parted in the middle. I was so irritated that I walked away without getting her name. Acme needs to do much better because as I said this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Here's why I like Airmont Farm, it's close, convenient and open very early (8am). Not to mention they carry tea, flowers and lots of other items that i have not seen in the regular supermarket that I can buy it and try it and see if I like it. What I don't like is that sometimes it's just not the freshest of produce. But, with that being said they do package the not so fresh and reduce the price. They also cut up produce and sell it .... pineapples, melons, etc.

Not a SuperWalmart, no produce/bakery section, just some basic groceries. A couple of people arguing upfront, store employees didn't look like they wanted to interfere so we just grabbed what we needed, paid and left asap.

They tout customer service but have no systems in place to handle any errors on their end. After hours of attempts my slot was lost after their website crashed. The cart and log show it was real and they won't correct it. I understand that these are unprecedented times, but handling system errors should be something in place even before crisis mode. NOW they've implemented a queue system to get into the website! Yup, you can wait for hours to see that there's still no slots available. Are they that vain that they believe we're wanting to wait hours to see the new circular? The queuing should be for delivery and pickup NOT site entry! Pass the word! If it is an emergency and you stop there, I understand. Just remember when this return to normal, they did NOT care about their customers when it mattered the most!
