Wanda screamed at her and called her terrible names, told her to mind her own business. I have never heard of a lawn care company treat people so badly. I have talked with Wanda about the issues with poison oak and I was told it would be dealt with and it wasn't. Poor service all around, very disappointing.

I just turned 75 and decided it was time to make my life a little easier. I figured it was time to…read moreclear all the flower gardens over run with weeds, the small trees, and out of control bushes that my front yard was a refuge for. Basically I just wanted grass to mow and be done with it. I also thought that it was time to replace the weed-laden garden that bordered my house with a nice rock border with a weed barrier underneath to keep it clear of invasive weeds. I called Robert Brown based on the great reviews he had on here and hoped for the best. I have had issues in the past with hiring handymen who either did shoddy work, or never finished the job after they convinced me to give them payment because of an urgent need. I decided this time I was going to hire a professional and not get fooled again. Rob showed up personally and listened carefully to what I had in mind and gave me a great price estimate which I only replied with "when can you start?" He showed up with his assistant Boo, and his mini Kubota tractor and digger and jumped right on re-configuring my front yard. They worked at an accelerated pace, and I could not believe how fast and professionally they accomplished their task at hand. Rob even made a few suggestions that made more work for himself, but refused to change the price, even though I offered to pay more. He said: "It's not about the money for me, I just want to make my customers happy." My neighbor came over to watch and was amazed at how fast they got the job done. Rob is a wizard with that tractor and even yanked out an impossible to get rid of crepe myrtle tree with ease! They finished the job by installing the rock border and replaced the border blocks I had from before to make a perfect job! The work was done quickly and professionally, everything was cleaned up and hauled away, and you could see the honest pride Rob took in his work as he showed my wife and me the finished project. I can't say enough about this man, Robert Brown. He is one thing that is extremely rare these days, a sincere man! What a pleasure, and an honor to have met him and his hard working assistant! Call him and you will be glad you did!

We had pet turf put down in our back yard 2 years ago. This project was a mess from the beginning…read moreAND never was finished. The total was $13,000. We put down $6,000. Then we never heard anything for about 3 months. Finally, they came out and ripped up the grass leaving only dirt. I only tracked Rocky down when I left a bad review on YELP. Then, he came out and put it in. It was full of bad seams, ripples and not attached in corners and around our gardens. We're in an HOA and have sprinklers installed in the ground. We told Rocky they need to be covered. Didn't happen. Our neighbor was able to cap 2 but a third one couldn't be reached. We called Rocky again. Set up a time 3 TIMES with him to come out and fix it. Didn't happen, either. Never showed. The cap is STILL NOT COVERED and it's been 3 months! The turf looks nice from a distance, our dogs love it and track in much less dirt, etc. But, I would never use Garden of Eva again. The customer service absolutely sucks (especially when you're paying $13,000!!) and the workmanship, well, I could have done it myself.

They hand made a beautiful slate water feature, build from scratch 4 oversized raised beds, planted 5 trees and cleaned out old beds around the entire property, laid river rock in all the beds bordering the entire house, pulled out old overgrown bushes, trimmed existing overgrown crepe myrtles. Cleared and killed red/fire ant nests. And put fresh smaller rocks and soil in the planters. And took away all the debris. I honestly consider them " friends" Both Rocky and Eva and genuinely good people. Eva's designs are so thoughtful and uniquely personalized to my needs. Rocky just doesn't know when to stop and go eat something! I highly recommend Eva's Garden to everyone! Mows the perfect time !
