The blonde female associate was rude and made a smart comment about the cord being plugged in backward. Her male photo associate plugged it in wrong ... then the male associate was absolutely awful to me. Very rude and wouldn't answer questions. I realize they were a little busy. I was courteous and patient waiting for help from them and it's Christmas season for everyone... workers and shoppers . I won't be back!

When gasoline prices are low, the BP will be selling E85 at a competitive price, while the Speedway will have a lousy price. I often have to wait several days to a week to resolve issues in filling a prescription that no other pharmacy has ever had. There is never any accountability taken on behalf of CVS, even when I make proactive attempts to resolve the issue. It is always the fault of the doctor's office, even when they can prove otherwise. I am done receiving inept, rude, and condescending customer service. The inconvenience of wasted time, energy, and the side effects from missing doses of critical prescriptions has gone on long enough, I am pulling all of my business.
