I saw a post on FB Marketplace for (2) chairs that perfectly match a small table I have. I decided…read moreto be there at opening the next morning to check them out. I was impressed that they were actually open at their posted hours. The place smelled clean, and items were marked fairly. You could tell many items were indeed second hand, I mean it is a used store after all. Ask anyone who has purchased second hand, and they'll tell you it is ON YOU to ensure the item is in a condition that meets YOUR needs. The chairs I bought, I knew I'd need to sink some money into to fix to *my standards*. They were $20. I then paid another $70 to rehab. I am totally fine with this! Not all people would be, but their prices reflect. Do your research, take the time with the item and then decide. They don't take returns and all sales are final. They literally have you sign a receipt acknowledging that fact. (I see zero issues with how they're running their business.) All this to say, I'll definitely be back! And to anyone new to the used shopping game, don't expect the sellers (JAMS or anyone else) to tell you the quality of an item. Unless it is NEW--it is USED. Therefore, any mention of condition is purely subjective. Interact with the item in question and decide for yourself, you're an adult (one would assume/hope). Now excuse me while I exit stage left.

After conveying what we were looking for she lead us to the area that we might be interested in. It turned out to be one of those 3 Bears story. We both fell in love with one of the items on the showroom floor as it was just right. What made it even better is when we began working with Amanda (the designer). We were able to see what our room would look like with the new furnishings. When it came to customizing it took a few days to choose fabric and color. You get to take samples home to view. Once all the choices were made we did order the goods. Now the wait begins. Assembled in the USA.

Stopped into B&H office furniture store and was greeted promptly by a friendly staff. Told them what I was looking for and they were very happy to help assist me by showing me all of my options. Very well trained staff I would like to mention. Every question I asked they had and answer for or researched to find out for me. They were very patient with me while I was making decisions and weighing all my options. It turned into a very pleasurable experience. Expected it to be a little stressful, but they made it fun. Even picked up a few new items for the house. The prices were very competitive if not cheaper than all other big box stores I had looked at. Got a chance meet the new owner of the business Ryan. From my understanding from our conversation it has been a family business for a long time and he is now in charge. He was a really nice man. Thanked us several times for shopping at his store. Well I think your family would be proud of you. I think that this will and can be a great local business for many more years to come. We wish you the best of luck and will be telling everyone we know to shop here when they are in need of your services. Really seems like this young man cares about the place, the products they sell and the community that they are located in. You could tell he is very passionate about his company. I wish this young man all the future success. I am all about supporting a nice local business like this one. So I hope that Rockford supports you as well. Wanted to share this wonderful shopping experience with you all. You just gained a new local family as loyal customers. Keep up the good work B&H!!!!!
