Absolutely most horrible limosine company ever. The girls in the limo had to give the driver directions to where he knew he was going. Radio in limo did not work either! I booked a ride with M & M Limousines via Limos.com from DFW airport to my home in Flower Mound, TX on 12/08/2013 several weeks in advance. On 12/08/2013 -- while I was sitting @ LAX waiting to board my flight to DFW -- Limos.com called to let me know my reservation was being cancelled "due to the weather in Dallas". They stranded me @ the airport. When I arrived @ DFW, there were other car services waiting for their customers -- 2 who had driven to DFW all the way from Houston that very day! Yet M & M couldn't be bothered to honor their reservation with me? And Limos.com couldn't find another company to pick up where M & M failed? Luckily for me, there were taxi drivers @ the airport. I gladly paid one of them $100 to take me to my home in Flower Mound. I will NEVER pay anyone @ Limos.com or M & M Limousines a penny to take me anywhere. If you want a dependable ride, don't use Limos.com or M&M Limousines. read more

I used M&M Limousines through Limos.com. The car arrived on time and I did make it to the airport (DAL), but I was wondering if we would. The Cadillac Escalade ESV was unsafe to be driven. All the lights were lit up on the dashboard and the motor was skipping or missing badly. The traction control light warning light was on and the driver had to hit the dash button every couple of miles because the alarm bell was going off. He almost ran into the back of someone on the side street and jumped on a curb, but those things happen. If he wasn't chasing the dashboard alarms, maybe he would have been paying attention when trying to switch lanes. The car should not have been in service and I would not recommend this company to anyone as they do not seem to maintain them. I cancelled my round trip and used SuperShuttle Execucar and even though the car had 300K miles on it the vehicle ran smoothly and worked great. You could tell that it was maintained. Completely unacceptable service. Won't answer phone when car is late or cannot arrive. Stuck scrambling to not miss a flight. Never use.

30 minutes late arriving! Their excuse was "traffic". Ummm... "Traffic" is your business! Who would have thought there would be "traffic" Friday during rush hour? If you need a limo that will be on time (and who doesn't) look elsewhere. I'll be disputing that unauthorized extra $75 charge with my credit card company as well. read more

Never again! Don't spend your money with this company. My wife planned a shopping trip to NY with two other ladies. When the limo showed up it was a POS! The driver was poorly groomed and totally useless. When he opened the trunk to load the bags it was full of water from the recent rains. Seriously! I had to use my wet vac to get almost 5 gallons out of the trunk and then cover the soaking mess with cardboard and plastic so their luggage would not get ruined. As the driver was getting into the car I noticed his seat was torn and the interior was a filthy mess. Stay away from these jokers! read more

Josh (in the office) was great when I was searching for a company that is why I went with them even though they were $85 higher than my other quotes. Guess I thought "You get what you pay for". However, that is where the good service stopped. The limo arrived 45 minutes late to pick up the kids for Homecoming! The driver called and told me he was running 10 minutes late but that was not the case. Then when the limo arrived it was filthy inside. The carpet was black and so you could see all the trash all over the carpet. The driver was to take the kids to our picture location. I instructed him to follow me which he didn't and even though I gave him the address to the location as a backup, he got lost. Took him another 30 minutes to get there! The location was about 5 miles up the road!! Once he got there we find out from the kids that the AC doesn't work nor does the radio. Additional, the bottled water that was promised was not there. We complained to the driver about his tardiness, lack of AC and lack of music. He said that it was not his fault nor problem and to call his boss and complain. We called right then and there (Saturday) and left a message, called again on the following Monday (left a message) and again the following Wednesday and left another message. None of our calls were returned! After dinner the driver dropped the kids off 15 minutes early. So in all we paid for an hour of crappy service that we didn't get. Not that the kids are complaining because by the time there were dropped off at the dance they were hot, sweaty and thirsty! Oh, there was Sprite. The unopened 12 pack (we had 17 kids) was handed to them warm. If there were glasses and ice, they were never shown where it was. Horrible service and dirty limo! Do NOT schedule a limo through this company. I had read the previous review posted here and had decided not to go with this particular company, and instead chose another, through limos.com. However, the company I picked was busy or something, so limos.com stuck me with M&M limos. I wasn't too happy about it, but ok, fine. It was my wife's birthday, and her parents were also here visiting the US for the first time ever, from Brazil. So I had planned a nice limo ride down to dinner at 560 at Reunion Tower, and a ride back. According to M&M's website, they are located at 635 and I35. I had scheduled them to be at my home at 5pm, we had dinner reservations for 6:30. I called the company to make sure they would be there on time, they assured me they would be. About 4:45 I call the driver directly. He says he left at 4pm and is still sitting on 635 and hasn't even made it to the tollway yet. I don't know whether he had planned to go all the way East to 75 and then go North to my home, but the easiest, fastest way would have been to take 35 north, then get on 121, and he would have been here no problem. After he told me where he was, I went on google and found that for his location, it would take 50 min on google maps to get to where we were. I said ok, we would push our dinner reservation back, because everyone still wanted to go in the limo, and we waited almost another hour, and the driver still did not show. I called him again, and he says he's still stuck in the same place. At this point, I said the hell with it, and I drove my family down to dinner myself. I was not about to let this company completely ruin a great evening we had planned. When I called to complain, M&M no longer picked up the phone to take my calls. They never called to apologize, or anything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Go with a reputable company out there, that understands what customer service is. M&M doesn't even deserve 1 star. read more
