When I called to check on it, they told me that an employee had been reading the meter wrong, so they just weren't charging us to make up for it. That seems a very vague and somewhat shady way of making things right. Last month our bill increase 65%, and I don't feel like we used that much more propane. I called to investigate on Friday and they lady seemed really nice and helpful, but not it's Tuesday and still haven't received a follow up call. How do I know my meter isn't being read incorrectly again? It's diappointing that we can't trust this company.

In fact, I heard quite the opposite on a Bob and Karri youtube video recently. My complaint was that you couldn't walk to the Love's Truck Stop store from the RV park. Bob and Karri's complaint for another Love's that they stayed at on the east coast was that they were too close to the Love's Truck Stop store. So I guess not everyone can be pleased. Anyway, the bathrooms and showers were clean and private. We'd stay here again.

At that time , September, I started noting all communication as shown below. We've been trying to get a 1000 gal tank for our RV park since March of 2021. Fast forward to January 29, 2022, still no tank, Even after completing credit requirements last April! I was advised on more than one occasion that a manager would contact me, never did. Cindy 9/22- will have service guy contact me. 9/27 Sylvia will contact service guy and will contact us within 1-2 weeks to schedule delivery 10/29 Cindy- supposed to reach out to service guy again. 11/22 Felicia sending message to midland location & cc her supervisor to get someone to contact me. 11/22 Edna will get manager to call me. 11/22 Joel Torres - service will be in contact within 2 weeks to schedule installation
