I had a Turboliner installed by M&M Automotive, and it looked amazing, later, I had a couple chips in the bedliner, and inquired as ro warranty service. So, over the last year I had Mike and his M&M team do so upgrades on my 2017 Tundra. They've done a 4" ready lift suspension lift, wheels and tires, air ride rear air lift, tinted the windows, bush wacker fenders, and turbo liner bed liner. Only thing I would like to do next is a remote start. Im so happy with the work they have do. Mike walked me through all the options on everything he had done to get me the best options. I would highly recommend M&M to anyone looking to have the car or truck upgraded. PS. They also did a teraflex lift kit and wheels and tires on my wife's 14 Jeep Wrangler. Whatever you do, do not go here. The employee I had to work with was completely incompetent. Tried to get some warranty work on my running-boards they waited too long and the warranty was voided. They said they would still get it taken care of but they never communicate with me and it's still dragging on, it has been over a year and they still haven't resolved it and made it right. They just keep giving me the runaround till I go away. I just decided to fork out my own money instead of dealing with these people ever again. read more

M&M Auto at the Sandy South Towne Auto Mall has the WORST customer service. Ever. Would give negative starts if that were an option. We paid $1,000 for a Farenheit DVD player to be installed into our car. About a year later, right after the warranty expired, we started having issues with the aux link and a weird sound it was making when we watched DVDs in the car. We called and made an appointment the last week of June to drop the car off to be looked at. A woman who worked the front desk, Alisha (sp?), told us she'd call us in a week when a part was shipped that they felt would fix the problem. Seemed simple enough. When we still had not received a call back almost three weeks later, we called her, and she said the part was back-ordered, but would come the next week. It was irritating that she never communicated this to us, and that I had to call her. But hey, everyone makes mistakes. She assured us she would call us when the shipment arrived the next week. Well, the next week came and went, and we received no call from her. So I called AGAIN. She said the shipment came in, but the part was not included, which she thought was weird, but then she just didn't do anything. Didn't call the people who sent the shipment to FIND OUT WHY the part wasn't included, and worst of all, DIDN'T CALL US, the customer, to let us know the part never came in! At this point, I was beyond frustrated that she deliberately just refused to communicate with customers and that this was clearly a pattern, so I called her out about it. I asked her, straight up, why she never called us back when she said she would? She didn't have an answer. I asked her, straight up, why she didn't follow-up on issues with customers? After all, at this point, I had left my car there for an entire day to be looked at, and had called her multiple times trying to find out the status of the part that was being shipped. She said she didn't have a reason that either. I asked her if she had paper and pen at her desk by the phone to take notes when customers called, and she said yes, but she just didn't know why she didn't bother to call customers back with status updates. At this point, her and I AGREED that she would check with the shipping place, make sure the part would come in, and most importantly that she would call me back to COMMUNICATE WITH ME the next Monday, or Tuesday at that LATEST. That was over two weeks ago, and I still haven't heard back from her. Worst customer service. They keep a woman named Alisha employed at the FRONT DESK who DOESN'T COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS, DOESN'T GIVE STATUS UPDATES FOR PARTS THAT ARE ORDERED, AND DOESN'T HAVE A REASON FOR NOT DOING SO. I'm left to deduce that they don't give a crap about helping you when a warranty has expired, or that they just don't give a crap about your business, period. read more

wish I could give negative stars --Do Not go here. A completely Incompetent company! We Ordered a lift, tires and wheels for a Tundra. We Confirmed in advance with Mike the manager that we were set to install them and set the apt. We Took time off to leave the truck for the day- at 8 sharp. We Received a call at two in the afternoon that the tires we ordered were not in.- that they were back ordered! I had confirmed this two days prior with the manager that they would be ready. Wouldn't it be advised to confirm you have the supplies for an appointment? They proceeded to try to sell us on a different tire, that they had been very forceful with trying to sell me before. I did NOT want these specific tires and was adamant about this when I made the sale originally. I finally Spoke with the manager and he agreed to put a different set on that they had in stock -that I was somewhat satisfied with. 4 hours later I called to confirm that the truck was ready and found out that it was still be worked on and told they were planning to put OTHER tires on --and that apparently Mike had completely lied to me!! Did they just think I wouldn't notice?? Is it their common practice to slip in a different item than people order and pay for, and hope they don't notice? -Trapping them- since they need their vehicles and can't go without tires! It's obvious they try to sell a specific brand they want to sell and not what you want/ need! This was a Completely disgusting experience all around. Not only was I completely dissatisfied -I wasted an entire day dealing with this. And ended up leaving without anything except a lifted truck and my original old tires I came in with and back to -square one. My advice is do not give your business to them go elsewhere. I was able to call Les Shwab the next day- they had me in at nine, with the tires and wheels I wanted and out at 4! Go to them! read more

Absolutely the worst service ever. Absolutely do not take your vehicle here. I needed my DVD player repaired and it took months. And when it was ready they wanted four hours to snap in the power connection and screw four screws into the bracket. I decided to do it myself, but when I got home there were no bracket screws. When I called to ask for them, they suggested I go to Home Depot. read more

Go somewhere else, the customer service and professionalism are completely terrible. I employed M&M to install a vinyl decal and to powder coat my wheels. Both services are highly advertised on their website. I was told that the work would take a week. After two weeks, they called saying my car was done and ready to pickup. I arrived excited and eager to see my car. However, as I got closer I noticed immediately that something was off with the wheels. Turns out, that because I had the wheels two-toned, one color bled through the other and it turned the black a very dark green. And the vinyl decal was very asymmetrical. The shape I requested was symmetrical and should not have been that difficult to cut. But they managed to screw that up too. Obviously I was very disappointed after two weeks of not having a car. But I had no choice but to leave my car and have the work redone. As I expressed my frustration with the manager, he was quick to blame their sub-contracted powder coating company. Stating that M&M offers powder coating but does not perform the work themselves. I didn't really care who did the work, all I knew is that M&M put their name on it, so they needed to take responsibility. Anyway, they agreed to have the work redone, but not without me paying full price first. I reluctantly paid and left without my car. Knowing that the rework would take at least another 10 days. The next day I called and asked for their general manager, Mike. I expressed my frustration to Mike and requested a loaner car, a rental, or some time of other compensation to make up for the next 10 days I would have to endure bumming rides. Mike was also quick to blame their powder coating company and stated that M&M would not provide me a loaner vehicle, pay for a rental, or give me any sort of discount. I tried explaining to him that they needed to take responsibility for their sub-contractors work. For instance, if your brand new Ford truck's brakes are faulty, Ford is going to take care of it. Even though they probably didn't manufacture the brakes. Once a business puts their name on a product, it becomes their responsibility. This seemed common sense to me, but Mike did not seem to subscribe. I tried calling several more times that week, left messages, with no response or call back. Soooo two weeks rolls around and I get a call saying my car is done. Relieved, I go to pick it up and understandably inspect the work thoroughly. And of course I find a large area (square inch) on one of my wheels where the powder coat did not adhere. Again, M&M tried to blame the defect on anyone but themselves. So for the third time, I leave without the service I paid for. And again, no apologies, or compensation offered from M&M. So another 2 weeks roll by while my wheel is fixed. The entire ordeal stretched for almost 2 months. Finally I have what I paid for. But I am now the anti-advertisement for M&M. I understand that there are mistakes is the service industry. But the business must take responsibility and use customer service to make up for it. M&M Did neither of those things. Do NOT take your money here. Trust me. I made the mistake for you. read more

Initially I had my Toyota 4Runner in for a basic lift wheels and tires. All in all the lift looked great until I got home and realized they damaged one of my custom wheels when installing them on my car. Normally I wouldn't be very frustrated in a situation like this, however I was annoyed they failed to mention a mistake they made. After a few attempts the service manager offered to replace my wheel if I let them keep my custom wheel in the shop on display. I did not like this idea as I went out of my way to have something custom and unique that no one else has. I didn't want the traditional xd look like everyone else. I simply asked for a refund in the amount of that wheel so I could replace it myself. I was then told that wasn't possible. The manager said if I'd like to buy something from their shop he'd give me a diacount. After a few emails back and forth he quoted me n fab side steps for 400 dollars after a 200 discount. I was frustrated to find out those steps are only 330 dollars online, so in no way was I getting a discount, and in no way we're they fixing the damage they called. After I pointed this out the service manager mike stopped replying to me and didn't fix the issue his shop caused. All in all I'm disappointed with the service I received. I agree with another reviewer. If I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid this place like the plague. The absolute worst service I have ever recieved.....twice! The first time I went here was for warrantee service on a nav unit I bought at Karl Malone Toyota. They had to send it in for repairs. Turns out it was out of warranty, and $400.00 and 4 months later I got the unit back. Most of the time it was sitting in New Jersey waiting on M&M to respond the the manufacturers questions. I called M&M twice during this time, and they never called me back. I had to persist in calling them. After I got the unit back, it worked for just over three months. I paid $400.00 so the unit would work for three months! I took the unit back, wanting them to make good on a service warrantee. Turns out that warrantee is 90 days, and since it had been about 100 days, they would not honor it. Same rigormaroll. Same poor communication. People promise to call me and never do. Run around. I finally gave up and took it to a friend of mine who owns Laketown Speed and Sound. He had it taken care of in a hurry, and correctly. M&M is owned by the same people who own Karl Malone Toyota. The lesson here is to never do business with either entity. They are irresonsible theives. read more
