Then, when they pick up the dumpster, they charge you without telling you anything or providing proof of why they charged you extra. I ordered a dumpster and figured out it was going to be too small. I didn't want to put in more than the allowed amount, so I ordered a second dumpster. When they took the first one, they charged me extra after leaving. I called to ask why, and the guy said, "Oh, it was over the weight," but he said he was going to waive the extra charge, which he never did. I told him to let me know about the second one because I didn't want to pay extra. Knowing that, I made sure not to put more in it, but they charged me triple what they charged for the first one, even though this one had less stuff in it. I called again, and he said the same thing. I asked for documentation showing how much weight I had and the pricing. He sent me an invoice that had nothing to do with my name or my address. When I said it didn't include anything showing my service, he said, "Oh, this is from the landfill, sorry." You can see his text to me. You have no way of finding out how much weight you put in their dumpster, so they will charge you whatever they feel like without proof or your consent. Find a trustworthy company, but not Rhody Disposal.

We actually ended up needing a second dumpster because of the amount of removal we didn't even know we had, and they worked within their network to make it happen. But then they charged me an extra $375 because I disposed of three twin mattresses right after picking up the dumpster. They never explained what could or could not be put in the dumpster, and never discussed extra charges beforehand. They never provided an agreement for me to sign that might spelled out these details. Instead, they charged my card without my authorizing this extra charge. They did not respond to any of my emails and the person hung up on me when I asked to speak to the boss. Unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy.

We called them right away (obviously) and told them what happened got a receipt for the fixes(per the owners request as we asked how he would like to go about the process) and reached back out 2 days later after the job was completed ! Not a call back ! We went there and the lady scrambled to the back not 1 answer! So then I called because at this point ive had it and I wasn't nice! I called on nov 26 at 10:20 am spoke to a woman who said it's the owner I need to speak to i said its been over a month an you all are aware not 1 reach out ..she said and I quote " I will pass ur number along and HOPEFULLY he will call u back"....whhhattttt! Oh ya it's dec 10th not 1 call back ! Shame ....we wanted to handle this because we do not want any company to have to pay Xtra for attorney fees or even deductibles its the holidays! But lesson learned ! Lawyers r being called today ! Fair warning ! Stay away !!!!!! Oh ya and I payed for 2 week dumpster rental (ending Oct 31) its still sitting there !
