My first experience at a small town auction, and it was quite... interesting!…read more Don't expect anything fancy or super valuable here. The stuffs here are mostly what you can find at yard sales. Occasionally you can find some unique item here that you buy for $10, and end up selling it on Ebay for $150. Lots of so called "antiques" here which many of you might consider to be as junks/craps... But it's amusing to see how many people there bidding on them and how much they were willing to pay for them. The guy showcasing the items was pretty entertaining. He had a squeaky high voice and was overly excited about every single item. Audience couldn't help laughing at him and it was quite fun. The high point for me at the auction was when they were selling candy corn at $5 per box (contains around 20 bags each box) which happened to be expired 2 years ago. 1.5 stars for the auction items here + 5 stars for the amusing experience = averaging at 3.25 stars.

I do not recommend anybody use this company to sell your items. They will sell them and not pay you.

We were wanting to rescue and adopt horses that we knew would go on a different path, but I was…read moreliterally shocked when I saw just how many there were, waiting in horrible concrete pens, sometimes made to stand overnight, then all day. The barn really isn't very big and the stalls are overflowing and crowded. Miniature horses in with working horses? Maybe they were pals, but I thought still could be dangerous if the working horse got spooked and an accident happened. When we went, we didn't end up getting any horses because we noticed one of the gals that gets paid to ride in sellers horses, never sanitized or cleaned her bridle in between horses and I'm so glad we didn't because EQI was traveling through the barn because of that. She got it on her bridle from one sick horse, never sanitized her bridle in between horses and she got all of her paid rides sick. We'll never go back.

I give them one star because there is nothing less. I brought 4 heifers to the sale. Two were red…read moreand 2 were black. When I got my check it was for 32 RBRC-Heifers, one red heifer and one black heifer. They have yet to give me an explanation how the other black heifer became RBRC. If that was not enough when I checked the market report it read that the heifers of this weights price range was $95 - $114. One of the four fell in that price range but all 4 were in the same physical condition. This fact was confirmed by an independent buy the day before the sale. I am just saying BE CAUTIOUS HERE.

It all started out good. I went with Christina because 2 other companies we wanted were booked…read moresolid. The set up was nice. The sale was a success except a lot of big items didn't sell because the prices were way to high. I was able to sell for a lesser price for my friend. No commission a bonus. When we arrived on last day of sale at closing the people involved in sale started acting sketchy. One fellow had a bookshelf in the back of his truck. (A family member of hers) Christina was carrying around this Norwegian pottery bowl. Like she was taking it home with her. We said dit it sell, she said no & set it on kitchen table. She told me the realtor told her she didn't have to do any clean up. Which he did not say. Ok sales over & she calls about 5 days later & says here's the total minus the $300.00 advertising fee. Now mind you, she does not advertise anywhere where it costs money. She even forgot to advertise on Craigslist I had to do it. $400.00 she claims for 2/30 ft flatbed trucks. That would be a lot of trash. I say no way. We did know in advance of these fees. What we didn't know is there is no advertising that costs her a dime. (A scam) The trash a scam. I requested a dump fee receipt & she said she did not have one. What business owner does not get a receipt? BS!! She makes it very clear you do not get paid from your sale untill 14 days after the sale. All other companies pay you within 5 days. Well here we are 23 days after the sale & still no check. Her excuse I can't control the mail. He received a letter from Florida & it got here in 4 days. Why is her check not here 10 miles away. Now we are having to drive across town in this heat wave to pick up his check. She did not even offer to bring it to us. Aarrgh!!!!?
