M.A.D. Mower Repair - Mike's card! - Farm Equipment Repair Near Me

I called M.A.D. Mower Repair (Dwain) for help because admittedly, I broke the oil filter on my riding mower. Mind you, this was the only issue with this mower. It ran perfectly otherwise. 1. Dwain charged me $500 and said he fixed the problem. 2. After running it for 30 minutes, it breaks down in smoke and the engine starts shaking like crazy. I turn the mower off and call Dwain. He says someone will pick it up and take a look at it. They pick it up and drop it back off and said it was fixed. 3. I run the mower again for 30 minutes and the SAME EXACT issue happens again. I call Dwain, frustrated, to ask what was going on and if there was any way to get a refund because it had been a month since I had originally brought it to him. 4. Dwain ghosts me and doesn't return calls or texts... 5. I text Dwain from a different number and he tells me this verbatim "You've destroyed two good engines - can't give you another- mower worked perfect both times I repaired it" 6. Ceases to reply to me when I asked him if we could talk it out over the phone. 7. Moral of the story...I lost $500, didn't get my mower fixed, and the guy who "repaired" accused ME of breaking my mower. Me, the person who went to get his help in the first place.
