Fresh seasonal ingredients that are complemented and enhanced with the perfect flavor profiles. Nothing was too much - the flavors were balanced and kept you wanting more. So many things very obviously house made with the utmost care - from the fresh warm bread, to the perfectly spicy ginger beer, to the highest quality chocolate desserts. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely hospitable and welcoming - they seem to genuinely enjoy working there.
