This scam company 3rd party in their offices believe that customers are just money makers. They not…read moreonly disrespect their drivers but also their clients. We should all rally to bankrupt them and use their competition !
I have been claiming 300 euros from them for one year. They didnt only delete my disturbing ride but keep on closing my messages with their bots telling me to refer to THAT same ride which is no longer there.
What happened? i booked a ride in May 24 at 5.30am to get a bus to reach Paris for my flight. All was confirmed by email with the usual "feel free to cancel your ride 30mn before". all good. I could sleep. I wake up on a Sunday morning at 4.30am to go. Guess what? noone ever showed up! Sunday in France, no car in site. No phone as i live abroad. No taxi, no rental car office as they are closed on Sundays. I missed my bus, there was no train and ofc i missed my flights! i had to rebook everything, borrow people s phones, carry my suitcases in the coutry to get out. This was horrible ! I found the UBER business email which is the only decent person i could talk to who kept on referring me to the APP which dishonestly removed that Cancelled ride. Ignored ! fully ignored for one year ! HOWEVER, i am not leaving this here. I will carry on pestering everyone here, on FB, on X and on Linkedin until i get satisfaction. If we let them get away they will carry on existing. With this behavior they should NOT. Who does this company think they are? they make money on clients ! a minimum of respect for the same is required. Until then UBER you will not stop hearing from me. This is a matter of principle and i will ensure to promote all your competitors all the way. You know every well the effect NPS has on your performance.
