The breakfast restaurant has a really nice, on-the-water view of the Bosphorus. The location is great, being on the water, and being close to a lot of good food in the neighborhood. The service was also nice and friendly. Things to improve: the rooms could be maintained a little better. In my room the shower door couldn't close all the way so a little water would get onto the bathroom floor while showering. And the bathtub drain stop was broken, and couldn't pop up when pressed. Also, this hotel is labeled as a 5 star hotel on google maps, but it's actually more of a 4 star hotel.

I had nothing but trouble here. I came here for a hair transplant and the hotel was included in the…read morepackage. One of the key issues post-hair transplant is that you cannot sweat for 30 days. Guess what? The hotel doesn't have air conditioning. It's about 78 degrees Fahrenheit even with the windows open in the middle of December (about 42F outside) which is extremely hot. You will damage your follicles before even leaving the hotel just by this alone. Immediately when I got into the room, I sat down on the desk/computer chair and it broke. I called down to have it swapped out and they didn't come grab it like they said they would. I called again the next morning and someone came and grabbed it and said they'd be back in a couple of hours after it was repaired. The chair didn't arrive for TWO more days. There was no where else to sit except for the bed. Then when it was finally time to leave, I asked how much a shuttle would be. They said "$40 US dollars and the shuttle arrives at 6AM." To which I paid and set my alarm. I woke up at 5:45AM and went down to the lobby and at 6:25AM I asked where the shuttle was and they said "It came at 4AM. You missed it." I complained and told them they said 6AM, to which they disagreed but got me another shuttle anyways. Once I got to the airport I realized I had left my headphones in my room. I asked them if they could ship them to my house. They said they couldn't and I'd have to do it when I got home through DHL. This would've costed me a fortune. Once I got home I said "screw it, I'll pay it" and contacted them again to locate my headphones - which are tagged through my Apple 'Find My' app. They said they would contact me once they found them. They never called back. I called back two days later and they said they had found them and to call in the morning (it was very late night in Turkey) to speak to the manager about getting them back. I called and the manager wasn't there. I asked if I could send an email - they gave me the email address and said they'd contact me within 24hrs.......can you guess what happened? No contact. This was in early December. It's now Jan 22 and I don't have my headphones back and nobody has contacted me and now my headphones are not showing up on the 'Find My' app which leads me to believe someone who works there has stolen them. This hotel is a fucking scam.

There is plenty of fabulous looking food places just a stones throw from the hotel serving local food and very inexpensive. I had dinner in one auch place for €5 all up :-) I would happily stay here again. It's a reasonably priced hotel for what it offers and located close to my office.

All staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Our rooms were very comfortable and immaculate. The hotel is located next to the metro station and two shopping malls. There is a very beautiful mosque just across the street. A pleasure to see, but mind you might hear the call to prayer very early in the morning and late in the evening, so if you are a light sleeper, keep that in mind and put white noise music on your phone or wear earplugs. The buffet breakfast is a delight. So many different food choices; something for everyone, no doubt. The breakfast dining room is very spacious with plenty of tables and very attentive staff. There is a bar area in the lobby. We enjoyed our time sipping wine and relaxing in the comfortable area. We had dinner one night at the Careme Restaurant located in the hotel. The pasta dish I ordered was delicious, and the relaxed atmosphere was an added plus. This was my favorite meal during my stay in Turkey. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

On our second pass we got a standard two queen room which was still very spacious for three adults. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms weren't quiet up to build quality that were use to back home but regardless very clean and spacious. Although the location is quite a distance from all the big attractions, I still conciser it to be a great location as thee are multiple (cheap and yummy) grocery stores, and money exchange banks all within a few minutes of walking. I think there may be a mosque nearby because we could hear the call sound from our room every time it went off, it wasn't too loud as we all slept through it easily. My only real complaint is that the staffs English could be improved, but regardless we had no issues!

This wasn't just bad service--it was inhumane. If that wasn't enough, the hotel was blasting loud music for two night. Four nights of torture. We couldn't sleep, and we complained again and again to different managers. And just like with everything else, they did absolutely nothing. They gave empty promises, fake apologies, and then disappeared. No solutions. No respect. No decency. The management is a disgrace--unprofessional, disconnected, and clearly not trained to handle basic guest needs, let alone a serious health emergency. We felt completely abandoned. This place is not safe. They are charging premium prices while offering some of the worst hospitality I've ever seen. This hotel should not just be avoided--it should be reported to the city of Istanbul and health authorities. They are putting people's health at risk. Their food made my wife sick, their environment made our stay unbearable, and their complete lack of accountability made everything worse. The security check at the entrance was a bit scary at first. The gym was great. It has all the equipment I need for a full body workout, and the in door swimming pool was awesome. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes including nobu and the quality did not disappoint. I would love to stay here again next time I'm in Istanbul.
