There were so many different types of people in here, it feels like I'm in the village which was awesome! Too bad I didn't know enough Italian to start a conversation :P. Honestly the atmosphere was so loud, I might have been a little tipsy before, but I don't recall hearing any tunes. They have a limited selection of bar food, the sandwiches are surprisingly delicious ridiculously filling and the cheese plate is a must (it comes with honey). Space is limited and I don't believe they take reservations so once you see a table open up you just have to swoon in like a hawk and stake your property haha. If you enjoy craft beer you will not be disappointed. The food is the bomb diggity. All in all high recommendations :)

Their red beer, Valdarossa, is particularly good. Lots of seating available at big wooden tables. Small selection of food consisting of wraps and sandwiches. This is probably the best place for beer in Pisa. Recommended.

Was really informative when we had any questions and tipped us off with the wines we enjoyed the most.

They make their own beer. They make their own wine. They even make their own sausages. The food here is incredible. The four-cheese pizza was, hands-down, the best I've had in Italy. The beer is... Really, really good. My favorite was the white beer, but whatever your taste they have you covered. I asked for a "flight" and they didn't exactly have that so they just put some of each kind in six normal size glasses for me. :) Very accommodating. I loved them all. The IPA was also very tasty! The food here was... special. I could go down the list of things we got. However you can see those in my photos in any case. Let's just say I highly suspect you could blindfold yourself and point to something at random on the menu and not walk away disappointed. That said... Oh my god, the pizza. THE PIZZA. Specifically the "4-cheese" pizza!!! So much yes! The atmosphere is really fun. We were all eating outside under the warm summer sky. There is coverage for sun. I couldn't believe how full this place got! It was completely packed, and they have a LOT of seating. Their grounds are gorgeous. Get there early when the sun is up and treat yourself to a walk around. I have rarely felt so relaxed. They sell their own beers, and wines. So if you try something you like, feel free to buy a bottle (or twelve) to take back with you ;) I'm definitely putting this on my list of places I absolutely must return and visit when I come back.
