adding to my review: I had a last minute change, so I asked Logan of LZT if he could come to my house the next morning by 9:30 if I paid him $60 instead of $40, he texted "sounds good to me," then he never came! read more

Evergreen Tree Service

I called Evergreen last Friday and left a message. Wilder returned my call Friday evening. He said…read morehe could come out Saturday. He arrived at the time he said he would. We walked around the house/yard showing him which trees to bring down, which limbs to cut from trees we did not want cut down. 6 trees and about 6 or 8 limbs. I had left messages with a couple other places and no one returned my calls. He quoted very good price. We filled out and signed the quote. Very personable and professional. Said he could be here Tuesday at 8am. They arrived about 745 and got straight to work. I kind of felt bad because we left a bunch of stuff around a couple of the trees . The moved it no problem. Very safe crew. While they were cutting the limbs, they went ahead and cut some dead limbs they found. When the cutting was done they got out the leaf blower and cleaned up the yard. They even got a ladder and blew all the sawdust and leaves that landed on the roof. Great price, very professional and personable. I highly recommend Evergreen. Even with all I've typed it doesn't do our experience justice.

Outstanding service from beginning to end…read more The owner was able to meet with me in person same day to assess the situation. He was professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable. His crew was on time, professional and highly skilled. They were courteous, fast and left the property in top condition. I would highly recommend this company for big or smaller projects & look forward to working with them in the near future.

I've only written one Yelp review in my life because service was bad enough to compel me to do so,…read moreuntil today, when I'm writing the second. This company did tree removal work for my neighbor and left a mess. Chips from their wood chipper were all over on our side of the fence in our vinyl-lined pool and on our pool deck. This is costing me around $350 for cleanup and chemicals for the pool. When I asked the employee about it, the young woman told me that it's not their fault, they can't help where their chipper blows, that I should have a pool cover, and that I'd have to take things up with the homeowners, who are an elderly couple. Later, another employee told me he knew someone that could vacuum my pool for $80, which in no way takes into account the actual work and chemicals required to return it to balance. Completely unethical.
