I originally contacted her for a free consultation, and she was very upfront about pricing and seemed really engaged with the details of my case. Most disappointed that she would cite moral and ethical standards. Just our luck, of all the attorneys out there, we get one that fancies herself a flag bearer for lawyers with a conscious. The real reason was she just didn't want to work that hard for the money. Every conversation we had with her was billed down to the second and then there were recurring charges to review our file. Don't know why we would have expected her to know more about our case while doing all that reviewing because we would generally have to preface our conversations with briefings. God doth have a sense of humor. An Irishman leaves a bar, an attorney with scruples, and we brief her while the ticker runs so she can charge us. Good riddance! We need a lean dog that can a hunt, not an old fat one that wants to lay around in the shade!

And find a lawyer that will fight for you. I have another case open with them unfortunately. I won't be expecting much from these liars.

Then, with a difficult to reach witness and the other party in the accident denying the facts that made the accident clearly their fault, I was told by my insurance carrier there was nothing they could do. I was out of pocket my medical bills plus my deductible. It wasn't a huge amount of money, but I just couldn't let go of the fact that the outcome seemed so wrong. I contacted Mr. Robles and we sat down and talked through my case. He acknowledged that it likely wouldn't be a very large claim, but he was willing to take it on to help me make the whole thing right. It took a while to get ahold of the witness and finally get the other insurance company to reverse their decision, but Mr. Robles and Richard, my case manager, stuck with it. Over the course of it they kept me informed on the status and were a pleasure to deal with. I hope I won't need this kind of help again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to use Robles & Associates again.

Sooooo yeah. I'll keep these people in mind on WHO NOT TO CALL IF I EVER NEED HELP. I think being in any kind of business you should still show a little compassion, maybe direct or refer me to somebody who will know what to do and say "thank you" for calling us "I'm sorry, we are unable to assist you" "good luck"... somebody like myself will REMEMBER HOW YOU MADE ME FEEL. Chris and his team had deal with two insurance companies who were pointing at the other as in fault, with "low insurance carriers", wow, what a pain. Instead, for almost a year I was given empty assurances, delays, and excuses. I had to call and push for months just to finally get a response. By the time they finally answered me, they admitted my case had been sitting for months without progress -- all while my family was grieving and the statute of limitations was slipping away. He told me after all this time that they would not pursue the case because they could not secure a medical expert opinion. If that was the situation, it should have been determined much earlier instead of stringing me along for nearly a year. He even acknowledged there was an argument for negligence but still left me without help, wasting precious time I could have spent seeking another attorney. This firm showed a complete lack of urgency, communication, and professionalism. Losing a loved one is devastating enough -- being dragged along and ignored by the people who are supposed to fight for justice makes it even worse. I would not recommend trusting this firm with something as serious as a malpractice case.

Highly recommend Aaron for personal injury cases. When I initially spoke with him about the…read morespecifics of my case, he gave me very direct feedback and informed me on all of the reasons why I could potentially file suit against the City of Austin. Unfortunately, at the end of the first phone call, he regrettably informed me that due to the Texas Tort Claims Act, it's almost impossible to file suit and expect to get any sort of compensation for the type of injury I suffered. I was let down, but at least grateful that he gave me honest, valuable counsel. I thanked him for his time and was left to figure out my next move, but thankfully only had to wait until the end of the day when he called me back. Despite telling me he wouldn't take my case, he had spent most of his day poring over similar cases and managed to find one that made it all the way up to the Texas Supreme Court, which had actually reset the precedent for cases such as this. He then told me he actually felt like he had a shot to get me some money to help pay off the egregious amount of medical bills I had incurred. I should also add, though, that my mother and I were very diligent about gathering as much evidence as possible the moment I was released from the hospital, and without all of this documented evidence, there is very little chance I would have had a case to begin with. As far as how the process went while working with Aaron, I could not have been more pleased with how everything was handled and played out. One of my favorite things about Aaron is that he is no bullshitter. He is very direct and always made sure I understood exactly what to expect throughout the whole process, and always updated me immediately with any new developments, as well as going through expectations for the next part of the case. All in all, it took about 20 months from the day Aaron accepted my case to the day that we settled out of court for a payout from the city that has helped ease my financial burden that I incurred due to poor city maintenance. I cant even imagine where I'd be without all the work, time, and effort that Aaron put in to my case, and words cannot express how grateful I am to him.

Aaron Allison took my case after a chiropractor who was assigned by the state of Texas as the…read more"Designated Doctor" gave me a MMI and Impairment Rating. What was so mind boggling was that I was still in physical therapy for my shoulder when I had to see him. I suffered a torn rotator cuff on the job but the chiropractor who is not a MD wrote in his report that I do not need surgery to repair my shoulder (he claimed it was a shoulder strain) even though my physician (an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in elbow and shoulder surgeries and approved by the insurance company) had made it clear I was a candidate for surgery. Mr. Allison represented me from May of 2022 until November of 2022 when we went in front of a so-called "Administrative Law Judge" who works for the Texas Department of Insurance (Division of Workers' Compensation). Mr. Allison did everything and beyond to prove my case. We had all the documentation including the MRI results that I had to pay for. I really felt good after the hearing because we proved everything beyond the shadow of doubt. However, the administrative judge took the recommendation of a chiropractor (who never looked at the MRI results) over my physician who happens to be an expert and specialist in elbow and shoulder orthopedics for The Carrell Clinic who happens to perform surgeries for the Dallas Cowboys. Mr. Allison had warned me from the very beginning that Texas' Workers' Compensation Law is perhaps the worst in the nation when he took up my case. Aaron will bend over backwards to help you anyway he can. His knowledge of the Workers' Compensation law is second to none as far as I am concerned. He gave my wife and I the history and structure of Texas' Workers' Compensation Law and answered pretty much all our questions before we even asked him. He was always available when I had any questions and he made me feel at ease. He may not like this description of him but I told him he really is a crusader for the working people and it's a shame there aren't more like him. If you have been injured, please contact him - he will fight for you. Thank you Aaron for everything you did for me. David M. Sligh
