I came in to return a completely defective item that they sold me. Instead of acting like professionals, listening to the issue, or offering a refund, the staff became extremely rude and highly argumentative. It escalated to the point where they actually threatened to call the police just because I wanted to return a broken product! They completely refused to issue a refund or exchange, offering zero explanation or basic courtesy. It is absolutely mind-boggling how a business like this stays open.
