I ended up purchasing a nice Under Armour orange colored polyester blend dry-wicking shirt. The price was a bit higher than expected but I liked the style and look. The cashier line was short even though the store was crowded. The employee was helpful and cordial while loud and noisy Auburn fans filled up the whole storefront. Overall, a good stop when walking downtown exploring the sites with hundreds of other fans.

Between the $99 arrangement, $12 delivery, $8 service fee, and taxes, the total came to $130 -- and what she received didn't match what I paid for nor did it match the quality of arrangements seen in previous customer reviews. The website shows a full, round bouquet with blooms built up on all sides. What arrived was flat on top with a single sprig sticking up, and lacked fullness all around. When I asked my sister for more photos -- hoping the first ones were just a bad angle -- she had to look down to see the flowers, since a large hydrangea bloom was sunk in the middle of the arrangement to take up space. It's simply not what was advertised. I've attached photos of what was advertised vs the product so you can see the difference for yourself. I order arrangements for occasions like this often and don't mind paying for quality, but this felt like amateur hour compared to the website photo. On the plus side, my sister loved the surprise and said the flowers smelled wonderful -- I just wish the arrangement itself matched what I purchased. There was an option to "tip" the florist. Probably should have done this to get some inspiration put into it.

I specifically asked when I called with the order if they delivered to the specific facility & was assured that it was not a problem. I said I wanted to cancel & get a refund. I was offered all kinds of incentives to not cancel. It took a few minutes but I finally could cancel. Now I am waiting on the refund. NEVER again to do business with them!

I don't come here on the regular, but when I pop in, there always seems to be some deal going on. Like today, it was 50% off nearly everything. I scored some slacks at a steal. Hooray! The salesladies are pretty friendly. I've never needed anything too involved from them, but they seem nice enough. The dressing rooms and floor are kept tidy too. If you don't already have it/don't want it, staffers always try to pimp out their Loft card when you're paying. Just be warned.

Not bad I might say. I ended up dropping about $200 at this place. The two staff members who were working the store helped me find my sizes. I was able to pick a lot of pants out from the items that they gave to me. Although I didn't buy all of them, I did pick up a few things. I'll come back again if I am in the area.

I wanted matching family shirts but I needed them like in 2 days (yes, I waited to the last minute... don't judge me!), and didn't want to spend a literal arm and leg to get them. This company came through big time. I talked to her over the phone about what I was looking for and she sent me some designs to consider. I picked one (added my own custom tweak to it), chose the colors I wanted and sent her the list of names for the back. Two days later, the shirts were IN HAND and cheaper than had I used a local company. I have to say... I originally had reservations about using a company all the way in Alabama (I live in Los Angeles) but I'm glad I did!!! She kept me updated every step of the way. I was able to use my credit card over the phone and she sent the shirts via Next Day air. They turned out SUPER cute! And at Disneyland, people kept stopping us to give us compliments.
