Samantha and her team for the job done for us!…read more Before any referrals, by chance we met Samantha at an open house while we were in our window shopping phase. We were impressed with her approachability and professionalism. It crossed our mind to work with her as our exclusive buying agent then. Later, we found out several of our friends also successfully bought with Samantha in San Francisco so we decided to reach out. The process was simple, we met on a zoom call and shared what our preferences and deal breakers were. Four months later and we closed in the sunset district! We never felt pressured and Samantha kept us positive and kept us engaged as the market competitiveness can be disheartening at times.

She was always available, super responsive, and an incredibly valuable co-pilot throughout the whole journey. When it came to preparing our house for sale, as well as our pricing strategy, her team and network added so much value -- ultimately resulting in an incredible offer that was $1.4M over asking. On the flip side, when she helped us buy our new home in Noe Valley, it was a total nail-biter with multiple offers and rounds of negotiation. In the end, we won because of Danielle's long-term relationships and experience. She has her finger on the pulse of the SF market, she'll tell you what she really thinks, and most importantly, she's just a real, authentic person who you genuinely trust to have your back. Having…read moretrusted Ruth with a past property sale in the City, I already knew their team standards were high, but Madeline still managed to exceed them. My search started with her colleague, Yesinia Beatriz, who supported me early on and connected me with Madeline who was a great fit for my needs! I wanted a property in a highly competitive, expensive area during a time of low inventory. Madeline never made my goals feel unrealistic. She helped me purchase my dream home in a newly renovated TIC building on the border of Russian Hill and Nob Hill, smoothly navigating the complex TIC financing requirements. Madeline is highly knowledgeable, efficient, and responsive. She educated me using recent comparable sales data and reviewed every document thoroughly. In a multi-bid situation, her strategy secured a home that not only met my must-haves but also my would-love-to-haves (hello private garage, view, and fireplace), on my very first offer, with zero back-and-forth counters. She operates with total integrity and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. I highly and absolutely recommend Madeline and the Ruth Krishnan team. I can't thank them enough!

Lauren and team were FANTASTIC! My husband and I have lived in SF for 10 years and we were finally…read moreready to look at buying our first home as the rental market went crazy. We had no clue what we were doing walking into this and Lauren helped guide the way from teaching us about the market in general, advising us and referring us to good financing options, and more. The very first thing we did was an exercise to help make sure we had realistic expectations - we looked at a variety of neighborhoods with our price point in mind and looked at previously sold units to understand what we could and could not afford. It was very helpful to then narrow our search to start looking. Lauren walked us through all the options and made sure we wouldn't waste time with things that didn't make sense. When we found homes we liked, Lauren immediately jumped into action, pulling down inspections, sharing intel on the selling agent, and more. She would walk us through the full inspection reports and help flag things we should dig further into. As a family with a kid, she was also extremely thoughtful in guiding us based on nuances of kids in the city. And when it came time to negotiating the home we got, she worked her magic! Up against two cash offers, Lauren helped us navigate a competitive offer in other ways to beat them out. Unreal! Our friends were blown away at how quickly we were able to get a place compared to what they've seen in this crazy market. Our full time from kickoff with Lauren to close was probably only about 2 months total - wayyyy faster than we thought any of this would go down in the crazy SF market. Her team also helped throughout the close process to make sure we were set on moving logistics and getting set for all the new things involved in home ownership. We are so grateful to Lauren and her team who went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the home of our dreams and that we were set up for success. Would highly recommend her and the entire Krishnan team!

She helped educate me about the entire home-buying process. When Heather moved a bit farther away, she brought in Florence to help with showings. The two of them were a great team, partnering with me through two offers and the purchase of my condo. Florence is a sweetheart. She's also great at getting information. My husband and I had no idea if buying in SF was a possibility for us. When I mentioned to my…read morefriend that we were thinking about looking she immediately said, "You have to use my agent, she's the best." Now, 5 months, 3 offers, and one successfully bought home later we can confidently say Amanda IS the best and made all the difference for us. She was a confident calm through the storm of Bay Area real estate (SF for us). I never felt that she was angling for a sale or had anything other than our best interests in mind. She was extremely accommodating and respectful of time, somehow always available even when I know she was busy. At home tours she was inspecting things harder than we were and knew a million things to look out for that we never would have thought of. She is Proactive with a capital 'P'. Calling agents, getting in touch with home inspectors, reaching out to her (plentiful) network of specialists and contractors who always got back to her. In a hot market (which we definitely are in now) time is of the essence and she prepared us with everything we needed to be ready to put an offer in fast. She is realistic and helped us know what to expect when list prices are frustratingly so much lower than what a home will actually go for (which can be heartbreaking!). At the same time, she was willing to fight for us and helped us craft the strongest offer possible, even when it didn't have the best chances. Our offers were done so well that even if we weren't able to be the highest, selling agents always got back to us and kept us in the running for as long as we could be (and eventually we got one!). After we got a home Amanda didn't disappear, she has been instrumental in guiding us through new home ownership and finding the right people to help us with the work we wanted to do. Most importantly, on top of all of this, Amanda was really a pleasure to work with. She's funny, insightful and brings the perfect balance of kindness and honesty. I couldn't recommend her more!

We initially connected with her through our business school alumni network and already knew of her stellar reputation, as she had successfully helped two of our friends navigate their own home puchases/ sales in the city. We had done a significant amount of "homework" before reaching out, but Laura's insight was invaluable.
