Lynn & Associates (LynnEngineering 2019) was founded by Stuart A. Lynn, PE in 2008. In the early years, Lynn & Associates' primary focus was to help the residential contractors and homeowners located in Matagorda, Calhoun, and Brazoria counties with their TDI windstorm certifications. In 2011, Lynn & Associates acquired Mark Eikstand and Associates located in Rockport, TX. This allowed us to open our second office, in Rockport, and double our staff and service area. Two years later, in 2013, Lynn & Associates acquired Sample Engineering in Corpus Christi, TX. This allowed us to provide structural design, windstorm inspections and certifications for the coastal residents and contractors from Brazoria County to Kleberg County.
